Great Program
Vorteile
I really like using this program, it has made it so much more simpler to order supplies for the office. I love that I do not have to sort through hard copy invoices to keep track of orders.
Nachteile
There really isn't anything I didn't like about the program. Using it has helped me out tremendously.

Clunky layout that is very hard to go back and make changes to a order request. Generally i just DENY the request and the employee has the start over.

Excellent
I been using Procurify for the 6 months now, it's been extremely easy to deploy and train staff. However there are areas of concerns that need to be addressed. Firstly being filters for searching for old Purchase Orders/Requests. If information is entered in, there should be away we can lookup old records using any field. Example : vendor, department, dates.
Secondly exporting Purchase Orders in a particular format that we would like to print. Current format is good for online use, but when printed takes up too many pages.
Vorteile
It's intuitive and quick to learn.
Nachteile
It's a bit expensive considering "Signing Privilege User" don't do much in the system compared to the "Requestor" but are billed at $60 more.

Procurify makes my life easier
I run IT for our company (approximately 900 people worldwide) and have all technology purchase approcal authority - the iOS Procurify app means I'm never the hold up on the purchasing process

Nice interface, good product
We use this product as a distributor, not for internal purchasing which is what the product is designed for. It is somewhat difficult to enter clients and multiple jobs to incur costs against. We've found ways to make it work through working with Procurify support, but it isn't what it is meant to be used for.

Great interface, decent iPhone app, does simply order tracking and PO creation and change log management
Nachteile
Reports are not usable or useful. Searching through PO and order data is not present. Filtering is mediocre, and using as a means to purchase construction project goods and services is very difficult.

One of the easiest program to use for purchase requests
Compared to other purchasing programs I have used, it is by far the simplest and most useful.
Vorteile
Very simple program for submitting and approving purchases. Help to keep track of which purchase has arrived.
Nachteile
Wish some frequent used information are saved in the program (eg. project account code). Difficult to search for old orders.

Great Tool
Procurify helped our organization greatly. Before Procurify we used a paper-based PR system, which was highly inefficient and cumbersome. Procurify helped in streamlining the procurement process and cut down on the time and hassles of a paper-based procurement system.

Would be great if there was more flexibility for the user
I use this software to track all my business expenses and client materials expenses. I submit orders and run reports to get all financials for the projects.
Vorteile
I am able to order per customer and by project by adapting to Department and Account Code to my needs.
Nachteile
The Reports and exporting is not at all user friendly and is hard to get data from. The user should be able to plug exactly the data they need and receive the report. Right now you can only run reports that cannot be manipulated but the user.

-We started using this program a few months ago and it organized and streamlined our ordering process immensely. The fact that we are able to go back to our previous purchase orders, that are all uniform and not just a mass of emails, is fantastic and has become necessity.

-We have though it would be helpful to have a place to hold an order, in the Request: Order tab,if you are not ready to submit it yet. Or you need to do more research and would like to see the total cost of materials before sending it for approval.

Very easy to use.
Vorteile
The software is simply amazing and is designed very well. Great experience right from the start. Customer service guided through the setup, which was much easier than we thought. For the price point, this purchasing software has everything we need.

I wish it didn't time out so quickly. It would also be nice if the user could go back in and edit the orders after being summitted.

Strong software supported by a strong team
To this point, my experience has been excellent. Procurify's team is on point when I have any issues or questions. Furthermore, they've even had their development team incorporate changes to their software on suggestions coming from myself and my team.

Works on multiple platforms (iPhone, iPad, web, etc). Eliminates paper and many annoying headaches from the purchasing process.
Nachteile
Mobile UI still needs some work. When receiving multiple items, the main list has to refresh every-time you go back and you lose your place.

I have been the project manager for the Procurify roll out. It has been a up and down process but Carol has ensured that we have been able to address any concerns that have come up through the process.
Vorteile
I love the ability to easily track and audit any expense or procurement that occurred within the organization in one place.
Nachteile
There are some missing printing controllers that are needed in the software. This would allow us to print needed information for auditors.

Very easy setup. Good customer service support. No complaints. I have worked with Buy Efficient, Birch Street and Adaco in the past and I like that Procurify is 'smaller' and easier to deal with.

Procurify Pros and Cons
I really like the short clear videos and I like sending them to my parents as new users. I am still learning the system and the shortcuts, but I think the comment bubble is confusing on not knowing if it has been read by the appropriate person and whether or not activity was taken.
Vorteile
I like the layout of the Dashboard and the color green. I like everything spread apart on the Dashboard. I like seeing the graph of how much money each family has. I like the Activity Log.
Nachteile
I am annoyed daily that I cannot see orders placed by transferred students.

Incorporating Procurify has been extremely valuable for our purchasing department.
Vorteile
Procurify is a great platform for purchasing and procurement. The Dashboard is a convenient interface for tracking order requests and approvals, and comments allow communication and feedback between users. Adding existing items from a searchable list is also very convenient.
Nachteile
A proper workflow needs to be established or else it can be confusing.

I like the ease of everything and how organized it is. I enjoy that you can save drafts, communicate through comments and see where your request is in progress.

Procurify has made life easy
The product is extremely easy to setup and use. On the odd question or two I've had, support has been top notch. They are fast and responsive. I highly recommend.

Very simple and efficient to use. Speeds invoicing up for me and allows me to accurately track my expenses.

The only con i have is the wait for automatic monthly invoicing and the ability to email invoices to the system.

Great easy ordering system
Vorteile
I like about Procurify that it simply imports products through a link and auto fills fields, so it saves time. I also like the option that I'm able to add comments and even upload files or images of certain items.
I regularly check the accounting feature to see how much money has been spent and how much is remaining, which with a glance allows me to see how much more I can spend or if I need to adjust my spending.
Nachteile
When I use some links, the fields don't auto fill. Also, the comment feature doesn't make much sense to me because it's always on top of the screen so I don't know if the comment goes to the page that I'm viewing or to a general inbox.

I've personally enjoyed using it. It is visually user friendly and easy to use in general. Like most ordering and requests it takes a little time to fill-out, but once you get the hang of it, it is plugging and chugging.

Such a time saver!
Very smooth implementation and extremely easy to use. Moved us from chasing paper to completely online approval routing. Keeps employees from choosing budget codes that aren't budgeted by only listing what is available.

Procurify provided the best option for our organization. Great service and professionalism from the first demonstration through setup, training, support, changes and billing.
Nachteile
Paying for it. Wouldn't it be great if good things were free? The price structure at the approver level seems fair. We have many requestors and given the unique structure of our managers and supervisors, so that we can get our resources quickly and efficiently. This means that we need many people to have this function which adds to the per user software costs.
