Finanzinformationen über NetSuite können über einen Webbrowser oder ein mobiles Gerät abgerufen werden. Das System erhält automatische Upgrades und verfügt über verschiedene Anpassungsoptionen.
NetSuite ist cloudbasiert und in einer Reihe von Internetbrowsern abrufbar. Die Lösung unterstützt den Datenexport in IIF- oder CSV-Dateien. Datensicherheit wird durch das Rechenzentrum und die integrierten Sicherheitskontrollen der Suite selbst gewährleistet.

With NetSuite, we'll be able to expand our business
I highly recommend NetSuite. It provides everything a manufacturer, no matter how big or little, might want. With NetSuite, we have room to expand as we progress. We're currently still using manual stock counts but are making moves toward a barcode scanning system.
Vorteile
Our firm outgrew QuickBooks, which was the business challenge that NetSuite addressed. Consequently, we are currently focused on becoming proficient in NetSuite as soon as possible. As a result, I am spending a lot of time teaching and creating systems for use by other salespeople.
Nachteile
Estimating the cost of an assembly by looking only at the BOM. The most up-to-date information must be calculated and made available. It's simple to figure out the gross margin. Our earnings are based on a margin, and the numbers shift during the day.

Great product for a Small / Medium Bussiness
Since I have experience in implementing ERPs, it was fairly easy to implement and train the personnel, after a few months the company runs smoothly and with great KPIs.
Vorteile
- It was very standardized and easy to implement in the company once we know what we needed
- Specific modules help you focus on the company's needs
- Data Management is robust, allowing to have a clean Data Base
- Oracle provides an excellent customer service
- We didn't need many it specialists to implement the ERP
Nachteile
- Price is high
- Being standardized not allow for much customization
- Sometimes adding another module is difficult because the tools is a little strict
- Tool is weak for specialized industries such a manufacturer, warehouse and specialized technical business.

Promises the earth and delivers nothing
Our experience was shocking. A whole year wasted on implementation and it seems like the whole of Netsuite is a merry go round of staff movement. The whole team changed and left a total mess. They couldn't even get the maths on the invoices to add up.
Vorteile
The sales team sold us the dream - integration, time saving, upgrade all areas of the business to be more efficient.
Nachteile
The system doesn't match any of the promises made. It's slow, clunky, long winded and not user friendly.

Solid Performance - Stellar Service
I can design customer workflows and report on ANYTHING! NetSuite is amazingly customizable while maintaining reliability
Vorteile
Structure is solid - it is very rare to find bugs, have things break, etc. NetSuite is far above all other solutions when it comes to reliability and reportability.
Nachteile
It is difficult to determine which modules are needed, there isn't any documentation that provides detail on features/functions of each module
