I HATE that the program will automatically delete what you did if you change your screen without saving, you can't go back and forth easy, drives me crazy and waist so much time. The Event page, the layout. It would be great if it could notify you when a customers is overdue so we can contact them. It also takes many steps to finalize the proposal. On average it takes me three to four hours from start to finish, which can be daunting. I'm sure there are ways to streamline the process. My next step is to search for tutorials to help make this a faster process. Something that would be helpful would be an integrated inquiry format that transferred the inquiry form on our website into a client profile. It seems like many things that could be a one or two click fill in when finalizing the proposal takes many repeated steps. I'm sure I'm not running the software as efficiently as I could be.
