Great usability and comprehensive feature set
To us, Close.io provides exactly the right amount of features and customizability without being to complex. The Desktop App is very usable and responsive, which makes a big difference for sales agents who navigate the App 80% of their workdays.
Vorteile
Close.io Workflows built from smart views are a super powerful tool to structure and automate the sales process without losing control and getting swamped with tasks.
Nachteile
Bulk emailing unfortunately not part of the basic plan.

Close.io helps manage your customers, prospects, etc.
This is a great product to help you reach out and manage communication with the people you are working with.
One of the features they just barely added was SMS capability. This was a great addition!

Simple yet advanced CRM
Vorteile
Close.io is super easy to use while being packed full of advanced features. This makes it easy for sales reps to just get in and do what they need to do without stumbling over things they don't need.
Nachteile
Would be nice if Close.io integrated with more marketing automation platforms so that it was easier to send relevant leads into the platform.

Great way to keep track of sales funnel across team
Vorteile
Close.io is a really powerful sales CRM and we like how it also integrates files, phone calling, and have the whole email history easily reviewable.
Nachteile
The pricing per user is pretty high, but I guess this is pretty industry standard for sales/CRMs. Wish it was a bit more affordable.

Useful sales/customer relations efficiency tool
If you need to contact a lot of leads as efficiently as possible and help them get set up with demos, etc., this is a useful productivity tool. Integrated VOIP makes it easy to get through a list of new leads.
Vorteile
Can set up lists of people to call and click through them with one-click dialling.
Nachteile
Takes some thought and experimentation to set up useful filters.

Best sales tool ever
I have been searching for ever for a tool that can do what close.io does.
I found the app surprisingly easy to use. The setup is a breeze , importing more than 6000 leads, tasks and opportunities in minutes. The phone integration priceless and extremely convenient. I'll be honest I thought that the pitch was to good to be true, but as it stand right now is as good if not better.

Close has been a great CRM for us as we continue to grow our sales organization
As a young company still growing and developing our sales processes, we have loved using Close. The platform integrates well with email, is incredibly user-friendly, and has been thus far easy to train new salespeople with. Their team is also very responsive and helpful whenever we have questions!
