We also run Aleyant's Pressero and Edoc builder and they integrate perfectly with Print Job Manager. What I've been most impressed with is their level of customer support. No question ever seems to be too small or annoying for the guys and they are always very prompt with their replies. If it's a question that requires further investigation they continue this on their end and keep you updated throughout the entire process. The training is thorough and their support team is attentive and friendly. The uptake was easy for our employees... even for the non-techie ones. Print Job manager integrates nicely with their other product such as Pressero, for a complete MIS / web-to-print package. > > **Nachteile**: There are some limitations with the software, as with all software. Some of the templates are not as customizable as we would like. However if you are keen on customizing aspects of the software for your organization, their Pro Services Team can create a custom solution. I cannot say enough about their support.
