For private mail accounts it provides all tools you need (for free, mostly). Lots of functionality and lots of integrations: from Todoist (or similar) to openAI or API access. &#10;&#10;Also an absolute must for teams: affordable plans for a very broad package of team functionality: delegating conversations, tagging each other, discussing conversations, managed signatures, managed responses (templates), and shared inboxes. &#10;&#10;I have been doubting recently between Spark en Missive, but given Missive's extra and stable functionality over Spark combined with its reasonable pricing it is an absolute no brainer for me to choose Missive. &#10;&#10;Over the last few years it has been working perfectly on both my MacBook and iPhone. Also love the automations (workflow) through rules and conditions.

> **Nachteile**: So far there is not much I do not like about Missive. I think it is a responsive web-app across the different platforms (instead of a dedicated app), but that's something you barely notice while using it. It makes the experience solid, stable, and uniform across all platforms.

Having separate inboxes for each function while staying in a single platform is what makes it workable - the old setup required jumping between accounts constantly, and this just doesn't.

> **Nachteile**: The ERP integration needs work. Right now we're still manually moving payment information between Missive and our accounting system after conversations close out, which defeats some of the efficiency gains elsewhere.

> Nearly eight months handling both payables and receivables out of the same platform, and the before-and-after is stark. Everything used to live in personal email accounts connected by endless forwarding chains - not really a system, just organized chaos. Having actual structure around how payments flow in and out has made the whole department run more smoothly.
