But the problem is that it it's much harder to manage. And if you don't know about it, you have to learn or pay someone to do it and to maintain. Cloudways makes it all easy and smooth because they do all the process with their own system and you have a great support and visual dashboard for all you need. Each screenshot shows one agent make a fix, followed by another that reverses the change saying it was incorrect, followed by the next redoing the change. Real usage performances have been outstanding and without issues so far, even the one of the basic tiers can handle without hiccups my website which counts more than 200 blog posts. Costs are very clearly specified and can be monitored in real time. There is also a one click interface for vertical scalability, should you need more performance (even for a limited time, like a product launch or such). Customer care has been very quick in responding to chat messages within minutes, and proactively solved my issues in no time and with the utmost kindness. There is also a referral program.
