I really wanted to use and like it, but then i had a taste of how they handle customers and I will gladly use anything else, no matter how good they might be. I received a sales call after signing up for a trial. I was told certain features were there, I just need to add my bank account info. I was offered amazing discounts in order to sign a 1 year contract right there on the call, which I did. By the time I could test the whole thing, the trial had expired. The sticker is, the feature i was promised was actually an upsell, and BECAUSE I DID NOT ASK IF IT COSTS EXTRA, they did not tell me. By the time i found out, the 30 day trial expired. I politely asked Bexio to cancel anyway, but with many emails and phone calls they insisted that i signed the contract and I have to pay and it doesn't matter. Legally they are right, but its no way to run a business - just trying to get people to sign contracts and then extract money from unhappy people. I explained that this is unhealthy business practice, but they would rather get a few hundred francs from an unsatisfied potential customer than create a fan base of happy customers.
