Good tool to use for contract signature!
After a slow start using it in our business, now is perfectly implemented in our day-by-day routine.
Vorteile
Very user-friendly and perfect UX. It allows a lot of things, and it's synced with Salesforce.
Nachteile
In some cases, it doesn't allow a lot of personalization, and some steps are not that easy to understand/follow.

Stabile, reliable, great API.
It seems like a robust product with very little issues. Very reliable.
Vorteile
As a developer I work mostly with OneFlow via the API and have been for a few years. The fast, reliable and flexible API is great to work with.
Nachteile
I found some product extensions (like fields for merging data) still lacking some functionality, I think. But for most cases it's quite adequate.

The platform is good, but there is plenty of room for improvement.

The design is simple, intuitive, and quite dynamic, offering many functionalities for an optimal experience.
Nachteile
The Salesforce integration is still underdeveloped, so I prefer using the platform directly. It would be beneficial to allow signatures in specific fields, rather than restricting them to only the last page.

So far so good
New to the service but so far so good and a big improvement from our previous document handler.
Vorteile
The flexibility and transparency between parties. For us we can easily make alterations to the terms of business which is a big win. Also the integration with our CRM makes it simple and seamless.
Nachteile
only annoyance is the notification emails for signed documents I am not involved in but assume this is a personal setting issue.

When you reach for contracts, you should be able to select "only active contracts", so you dont see the ones that are expired.
It would be nice to bette be able to group contracts from the same customer together (the "connect" function is not the best)

Great tool to automate contract processes
So far, I like working with Oneflow, it makes my work easier, I just have to choose the template & send it.

Nachteile
Sometimes too many notifications like student made a modification, student signed, all parties have signed.
Not sure if we can configure the notifications at the user level, not the organization level

Reliable tool for extremely higher efficiency!
I have increased my productivity a lot. Hard to say exactly how much but the time saving alone is staggering.
Vorteile
One of the best feature is that I can go through the contract together with my customer in real time. Except the use of correcting any errors this also gives an excellent opportunity to close the actual deal. When everything is said, and accepted, it naturally can and with a signature.
Nachteile
I would like it to be easier to extract and aggregate the information in the agreements to excel. For example telephone numbers in a certain column.
I also would like Oneflow to integrate with Upsales or Salesforce.

Flexible contracts at work since 2018
Overall very satisfied!
Vorteile
Oneflow has made us able to flexibly work with contracts since implementing the solution in 2018. In hindsight, the global pandemic would have been even more of an uphill battle to climb should we not have already implemented digital signatures before it started. Oneflow has made us more efficient, less site-bound and have also reduced our climate impact by virtually cutting paper and printer usage to a fraction of what it was before.
Nachteile
Sync inbetween fields in contract and participant fields could be more intelligent.

My overall experience is good. I like that the progress of improving Oneflow is always ongoing.

Easy to use, self instructing, very good and fast support function.

Sometimes hard to seek and find an agreement. Searching for a specific person can also be tricky sometimes.

Overall good product for agreements within the telecommunications field
Overall the product works and customer service is good!
Vorteile
The flow and intuitive layout. It brings ease to the workflow.
Nachteile
There´s a few issues, the ability to mass-update a wide range of templates at once for instance, where I find myself doing each update on each template instead of what I wished was a single button to update a lot of templates at once.

Good looking but average in use platform
As my rating, I think it's a 6 out of 10. The platform is fine, but there is a lot to improve

- Nice look and feel
- Easily sharing templates with colleagues
Nachteile
- You have to save your documents manually all the time, I think this is outdated: it should save itself every couple of seconds;
- If you want te remove something in a document, let's say a couple of products which are in the template, you have to delete them all per item, I think it would be easier if you could select a couple and then delete them at once.
- If you copy a text (for example your introduction in a document) to the message for sending the document to a client, all enters dissapear and you have to do them again manually.
- generally, I think a lot of processes can be done quicker and easier

I enjoy working with OneFlow a lot. It's a real QoL improvement compared to the offers we used to make through HubSpot
Vorteile
I really like the HubSpot integration that they are offering. It has a direct connection with the line-items which makes it really easy to set-up new offers. The interface of Oneflow also provides a clear overview of what is pending etc..
Nachteile
I would like to manage my messages in a more profound way. Some automation and personalisation in these messages would be helpful.

Overall really happy with OneFlow
Really satisfied with the overall functionalities and support from OneFlow. We are HubSpot implementation partners and OneFlow is providing more possibilities with Proposals/Quotes/Contracts then HubSpot's own Quote object.

Helps make a difficult job simple
It's been a great tool thus far, it is infinitely better than our previous tool which required constant adjustment. It was set up well, and hasn't required any troubleshooting

Oneflow has been incredibly easy and intuitive to use, it has made issuing and signing contracts a breeze, and really impacted my day to day positively. It is a great way to align on paper processes and ensure that everyone is on the same page.

10/10 experience, it's worked perfectly for what I needed and my MD is already looking into it himself to see what else it can help us with.
Vorteile
Oneflow has a lot of useful features that help to keep things organised and running smoothly, I especially like the templates and workspace functions for instance. I also appreciate the quick and simple tutorial at the beginning.
Nachteile
The only things I'd love to see is some more functionality added to the form builder to make some more interesting layouts, and a more in depth tutorial for form building.

Efficient and Easy One Flow Process
Overall the experience has been great. It's easy to use, didn't take long to train the team on and in terms of the signing and the checking its very time efficient creating a better experience overall.
Vorteile
One flow is very easy to use, it fit's in with the daily tasks we use in our team and it streamlines our admin process to be much more efficient and easy to use. It's simple, and I like the 3 steps we created for the workflows making it easy to navigate.

Everything so far seems good - Emails that we get for every signing can sometimes get lost other than that it's amazing.

Hesitant at first, but best choice
At first I was quite hesitant on switching from our older tool to Oneflow, but now that I know how Oneflow works it has been the best choice. Such a flexible tool that is also appreciated by our customers, with clear oversight and integration with CRM. Happy!

The interactive table that customers can adjust themselves. Makes it really easy to just share all our pricing options and gives the choice to the customer to go with whatever they please.
Nachteile
It would be great if some parts are more customisable or if there is an option to share feedback from within Oneflow with our Oneflow administrator. Would make it more flexible.

We are very pleased with the use of Oneflow it has helped us to move forward in this area
Vorteile
As an IT teamlead i have enjoyed the fact that Oneflow is easily integrated into Salesforce. The amount of fields needed in contract that have to be signed are over 50 fields and so far we have been running this for almost a year without any issues.
Nachteile
We would love to see a "consent" option rather then / additional to the sign option.
The downside of the integration with Salesforce is that the Salesforce users all need a oneflow account to have new contracts signed. (only used once a year)

Great product, simple and clear
Straight forward on the whole, there were some billing issues at one point when we couldn't pay by card... now it works better.
