Its fast and efficient and does the trick without over crowding space on my computer. Honestly, it's so close to Microsoft office that I thought it was Microsoft office at first. It's a compatibility nightmare, especially on large docs, spreadsheets and presentations. Formatting is, gladly, preserved better on Softmaker than it is when opening MS Office files on other office suites. I also appreciate that it has a dedicated button for converting to PDF.
