I can't imagine workflows without this tool

This has been my first experience using target process and I love it! I can't imagine workflow without it. It's been amazing for helping our teams communicate and project management.

Simple to use

Target Process give us the features that we need in our team and was adaptable easily to our scrum activities.

Just started using the software, first agile project.

Had a small issue with EI and how screens were reading. Customer service response was prompt and the issue solved quickly.

Very happy with the program and the customer service.

Still learning

Im still trying to understand TargetProcess and there are some quirks that have made that road bumpy, but I see it's utility in breaking down large projects into attainable steps.

Project management in one package for software delivery

TP offers an ease of use platform allowing transparency and ease of use ensuring projects, development and sprints remain on track and visable with excellent reporting options.

Handy tool for keeping en eye on the projects.

I have been using Targetprocess for more then a year now and am perfectly satisisfied with the product. Using it every day actively to track team progress. Full of nice features.

Not just for software engineering

We use it to help visualise all the dependencies in our report production process. It's Apis allow us to further explore and customise its use so it exactly fits our business.

Great for new startup

I have been trying Targetprocess as a standalone user and after a few weeks I have decided to use this tool to manage a new startup. Haven't used Customer Service so far.

Very good at User experiences.

Pros:
- Easily to use and manage bugs , features...
- Multiple devices support
- UI is very good. real time responding
Cos: Sometimes can't connect to Version 3

Almost everything

Great system. We have just implemented it here at the company and we are satisfied.

The only thing we are missing is a resource planning much like resource guru.

I love the software.

Other vendors continue to approach the State with Agile Software. However, none of the proposed software meeting my expectations. I love Target Process.

Great Visual Tool for Agile Projects

Although the tool takes a bit of initial investment, once you get started, it is very helpful. I found it much better than tools like Trello and Pivotal.

Excellent tool to manage work flow and team collaboration

My experience with this tool has been great. The bug and task management has helped us to increase productivity of our team and manage deadlines.

Very customizable

We use it within our IT department and are very satisfied. It allows for a great control over the flow of our system development process.

The experience has been good so far.. little complex tool. Though the tool include all the features, yet i find it to be too complex

Great tool with even better support

Fantastic tool. Helps track the progress of our development. When we do have issues the support team is able to resolve it quickly.

TargetProcess review

I generally love TargetProcess . Ramp up can be steep but once learned it's very powerful. A simpler "start up" mode might be good

works very well for my company's project management and bug tracking needs. Just wish the search functions worked a bit better.

Few suggestions :

Need cancel option for all actions we follow in the TP. There is only once option "Finish/Finish Setup":

Great tool - use for scrum

Most of our development teams use Target Process. It's quite flexible and extensible. Support is great.

TP is a great tool for management. But sometimes we have trouble with performance - very slow loading.

Statistics defines the project status

Project statistics summarize the overall status of a project in an easy to read format. All info about the time spend and non-billable vs billable time can be taken from statistics. Great for summarize the needs for our meetings.

Active tasks makes life easier

The active tasks on targetprocess dashboard can easily be seen. it helps us defining what we need to do through out the day. It makes our life easier since we do not need to remember our to-do anymore. have some good options which are easy to use always.
