When I had a low-end PC, I would use PhotoPea and it worked like a charm. It had all the needed feature and I would not miss Photoshop at all. Even with a higher end PC, I would use PhotoPea when I did not have access to Photoshop. So, PhotoPea is an amazing alternative to Photoshop which is lite and easy to use on the go.

Sometimes, the website can be slow but with the features it gives, we can not complain. It is amazing and nothing really bad to say about it.

Photopea is one of the best photo editing software for the beginners. As compared to advanced photo editors it is easy to use to creating material from scratch. The best part is Photopea doesn’t even charge a fee, hence is the best option for designers who can’t afford expensive editing softwares. It has tons of features and pre made templates as well.

Photopea is an awesome software in my opinion for carrying out basic designing tasks in a jiffy. It can be a bit overwhelming at times while trying to find a specific option but other than that I am satisfied with what Photopea is offering.

The program allows you to maneuver around your workplace easily and makes identifying what you would like to fix or add to images a breeze. There are many cool features and it makes editing fun.

There is a learning curve to the program, like many others before it. It sometimes runs slowly depending on the size of project you're working on, so you have to be patient when editing and searching for its tools. Therefore it takes some time to get use to the program itself.

It does not work very well with all PSD files. Sometimes there is a problem with layers - they dissapear or are visualized in a different color. This is only for complex projects.

It's really similar to another well-known software, which we couldn't use before for several reasons, it has a lot of fuctions and it's really smooth.

Nachteile

The software hasn't showed signs of bugs etc, it worked really well for me. Even though, if my computer crashed, it didn't save my work.

Photopea is free to use either directly online or as a web application "installed" on your desktop. When on your desktop it's a web application and it does not take much space. You do not need to register or create an account. Just visit the website and your all set.
What I found to be the best Photopea feature for me was that it's offline accessible, although to be able to access it you have to first start it while connected.

Photopea works well, with no compromise on the quality of your work. When I first started with it I was a bit concerned about this, but it gladly proved me wrong and I use it for a lot of my design work.

The other plus for Photopea is that its User Interface is similar to that of the leading photo editing and design software with virtually no learning curve between the two.

Nachteile

The only 3D design option that Photopea has is a filter and it is very limited. It would be nice if more 3D design features could be added. Alternatively developing the current 3D filter option to be able to keep the original colors of the artwork instead of the purple color that is produced would be great.

This a great alternative to edit online, specially when you have to make some changes and for any reason you don't have your design suite. Awesome.

Photopea is one of the best free image and graphic editing software. It is available on the web browser, and using it is very elementary. I did not like using much editing software and photopea turned out to be the best option. It has a simple UI, and you can do everything very easily on the platform. It offers multiple import/export models which can help you with multiple file types.

Nachteile

Photopea is pretty good, but something that can be further improved is the number of ready-made templates and options for quick image editing. Moreover, the drag and drop UI can be enhanced a little as it lags sometimes while uploading large files.

Photopea is a revolutionary replacement for Photoshop and that too on a browser and that too for free. While it is too complex for casual editing purposes, it is a wonderful piece of software which has many features that I like such as:

- It is on the browser. So that means no messy setup, no disk space to be allocated, and the most important - Multiplatform.
- It has basically all of the most used features of other native image editors. Layers, multiple file exports and many more.
- It is free, and that removes the barrier for anyone to get started with some quality design work.

Photopea is slow for me. Over the years, I have tried it on many systems and browsers but I always feel that lack of speed as compared to a native image editor.
On an editing session with many layers, it gets really slow for me, and it does not work as well as I would prefer with my Graphic Tablet.
Honestly, I would prefer to wait 5-10 mins for loading and then working at a lightning fast speed rather that loading really quickly and waiting for my actions to complete on every intensive editing session.
And also, Photopea doesn't have much feature set for creating digital art when compared to its native editing counterparts.

I have used both Adobe Photoshop and GIMP, and have Photoshop training. While GIMP is free, it is not very good looking, nor as powerful as Photopea. Photoshop is very expensive, has a steepish learning curve, and is a resource hog. Photopea is powerful, free, and the interface is wonderful.

Most of the features used by the regular image editor are available for free and online, so you don't need to install anything. The environment is very similar to that in Photoshop and therefore clear and user friendly.

There are several functionalities for more experienced image editors missing, but since the software is available for free and online, I personally do not even consider it a disadvantage.

Photopea is just like Photoshop as it gets all my image editing tasks done. I use it for only minor jobs, such as background removal, adjusting image size and brightness, for example. I wouldn't consider myself an expert at photo editing, but Photopea has all the features needed to do an amazing job. I think more people should know about it!

It does everything I need to do perfectly but there is a learning curve involved if you've never used a tool like this before. I consult Youtube if I have any problems!

This online editor impressed me, it is very complete, it has the necessary and complete options to make the professional editing space, options such as liquefying, layered work, even filters and smart selection options, I like it because it is online and it is an alternative incredible to use it anywhere with an internet connection without having to install it, and the best thing is the diversity of formats that it accepts such as psd, Ai among others

I am really impressed with the quality of the interface that this program has and how easy and intuitive it is to use.

There is not much to say about cons, only that some options may be limited, but it is normal, it happens in all programs, you cannot always have everything resolved, that is why these reviews are to help these programs to improve .

What I love most about Photopea is it is essentially a free, web based photoshop software. I like the functionality and ease of using Photopea for anything I could do in other photo editing softwares. It is simple to use, easy to navigate and a multitude of photo editing options.

Not too many font or brush options (possibly able to import your own) and sometimes it lags a tad but other than that, I have had no issue using this software.

This might as well be Photoshop but online. I don't use photoshop for expert level graphic design but simple promotional items for events and things for my website and I was able to do the same thing I was able to on Photopea than I was able to do on Photoshop

I was drawn to use to Photopea because it was free to use and great if I’m away from my laptop. I would describe it as easy for even a a novice. It does a good job with doing basic editing features which would be easy for anyone.

Sometimes actions in the program seem. slow but that could also be the age of my computer or it needing to be rebooted for an update. Still a good idea to save your work frequently.

Lo que mas me gusta de Photopea es que practicamente todas las funciones que suelo usar en photoshop estan presentes y puedo editar mis imagenes de forma rapida desde la version web, desde cualquier parte sin necesidad de tener instalado el software en el PC

Lo unico que no me ha gustado de photopea es que a veces cuando trato de aplicar algunos filtros a mis imagenes no cargan bien si estoy en lugar donde no hay buena conexion de internet, o tardan un poco en aplicarse. De resto no tengo quejas sobre esta herramienta.

Photopea is something I can't go without on daily basis. Even though I can use more expensive softwares to do the same thing, I always come back to photopea. Easy, supports multiple formats, doesn't take any storage on any device. The best part is that I can use it on any laptop or computer without needing to pay and download on every device. All I need is to open my browser, get my files from cloud storage and I am working from anywhere.

Nachteile

Nothing is perfect, and same applies to photopea. With some files, photopea struggles to open and view them properly. Happens rarely but enough so that I have to find different vectors and files etc.

El unico punto en contra que tengo hacia Photopea es que no posee aplicaciones descargables de escritorio para la edicion offline, por lo que ajuro dependo de estar conectado al internert para poder usarlo y realizar mis ediciones.

Franchement, je n'ai pas grand-chose à reprocher à Photopéa. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon expérience avec cet outil. Si je devais trouver quelque chose, ce serait peut-être le fait qu'il ne soit pas aussi connu que Photoshop, donc il y a moins de ressources et de tutoriels disponibles. Mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un super éditeur de photos en ligne !

Drag & Drop molto funzionale. Mi piace l'esportazione di file e l'uso dei livelli che lo rendono molto simile a software di foto-ritocco più blasonati e conosciuti presenti sul mercato. Photopea anche nella sua versione free è molto affidabile, anche se pesano tanto le risorse ed il sistema operativo a disposizione sul pc che si sta utilizzando essendo un programma fruibile online. Comodissima anche la condivisione e la gestione di file di lavoro con Google Drive e Dropbox

Here's a little bug I've experienced with the tool. Sometimes exporting an image in PNG (with transparent background) doesn't work properly. It either distorts the image or exports it with a dark blur background.I experienced this like 3 to 5 times and after trying for the sixth time, It worked.Secondly, Photopea is still limited in advanced image editing.

Saving and exporting can be quite cumbersome, once your design has many layers the browser takes up a lot of cpu, could be mostly a result of the hardware your system is running to gage its performance.

Photopea è un software di grafica con un'interfaccia relativamente semplice alla quale rapportarsi; offre molteplici funzioni e riesce tranquillamente ad essere uno dei programmi più gettonati del settore grazie alla sua professionalità.

Photopea ha presentato, a mio avviso, una certa mancanza di opzioni più innovative offerte però dai più celebri software di grafica. Per esempio un altro software che non cito, con un click, mi riesce a ricreare degli spazi grazie all'intelligenza artificiale, che photopea purtroppo non riesce a mimicare a causa della semplicità del prodotto in sé.
