Security layer. The fact that the UI is intuitive and extremely easy to use. Reminders of what needs to be uploaded. Drag and drop of invoices that are automatically uploaded and submitted. Easy card creation.

Nachteile

There isn't really anything I don't like to be honest.

Vorteile

The features I use are pretty easy to use. The auto-scanning of invoices/receips from emails is convenient. The option to handle all the accounting sceme in one place and export to the accounting app is very convenient.

Nachteile

Having all our expenses already represented in this service brings up the obviouse option to tag the expenses into criteria we would like (product/marketing/administration) and create reports cutting the expenses through these criteria, thus making it a better budget planning tool in addition to it being an accounting tool.

Very easy to use and keep track of invoices and the virtual credit cards are great

Nachteile

The wall of shame for missing invoices, although maybe that's the point

- It allows for budget control with specific tools and platforms
- It allows for decentralization of tool management
- Greatly helps controling and overviewing costs, storing invoices and supporting decision making

Nothing major to improve, I think platform overally really supports us running smooth business and reducing admin work.

The product is easy to use and easy to teach. I feel it saves us a lot of work as an organization. I also like that I've been seeing improvements in the last 12 months that is going in the right direction too.

I used to hate the part where I uploaded invoices and had to copy the invoice numbers, absolutely love that it automatically grabs it now.

Easy fast payments. I am astonished how many false payment requests are made by allegedly my account (hackers?), but moss’ system seems to catch them all and rejectts them.

Nachteile

I installed the moss app on my previous phone and changing to my new phone is complicated.

I like toe integration with DATEV, we can automatically send receipts to our accountant. Card allocations for team members and certain services make it much easier to track and manage expenditure.

Nachteile

It would be nice to link Moss to my bank, to be able to pay invoices through Moss more easily instead of having to pay separately and in our bank.

It's become increasingly robust, and I appreciate that Moss is keeping up with the features of much bigger players.

Nachteile

My only complaint is that newer features are in more expensive plans, however, that's not a huge issue for us as those features are nice to have but not mandatory.

Our go to for employee payment cards, reimbursements, and any type of employee expense management. Immediate availability of digital payment cards for new employees and fast delivery of physical cards. Clean and intuitive interface both for users and admins. Web app and mobile app both work well together.

Nachteile

Earlier issues with uploaded receipts not being saved has been resolved. Invoice matching via email forwarding is not always successful.

Easy to use & setup, saved lots of time in our month end processes, customer support is brilliant & always happy to help, overall a good experience & would highly recommend.

All digital, can create virtual cards for specific purposes. No need to share cards around with the team. Email captures and auto-matches PDF invoices.

Nachteile

Only that some PDFs don't get auto-attached but also not always Moss' fault, depends on how the email is formatted.

Creating cards is easy and setting limits is very easy, also the different kind of cards are helpful (virtual, plastic, subscription etc.).Invoice management through Moss also works very easy (implemented in a day!).Moss connects off the shelve with Exact Online, our accounting software. Excellent service in setting this up.

Setting approval flows is a bit cumbersome, but fortunately you don't do that every day.

We compared Moss to several solutions on the market and liked the usability and feature set the most.

It takes little time to setup and integrate team members, allocate budgets and cards. As an owner I'm able to control limits and keep an eye on spend allocation.

Nachteile

Insights and Forecasting could be more in-depth and integrate other bank spend into the analysis of overall cashflow.

Vorteile

Moss is a great tool to quickly have individual subscription cards that allow you to control your spending, along it with your OPEX budgets, and make sure you are controlling your cost centers.

Nachteile

Nothing con. But I do have some improvements to share:* A better invoice recognition engine will go a long way. Multiple invoices are still forwarded to Moss but not processed or recognized.* Insights for team leads. A dashboard showing the team's spending, budget, and forecasts would also help a lot.

The highlight is undoubtedly the app, but it only starts there. How processes are implemented, information is displayed and data can be segmented is incredibly helpful when managing expenses.

I am a weekly user of moss and I mainly use the payment and upload documents invoices. It's easy and simple.

The automated invoices connection with moss interface is not working, even with main players like adobe.

I like the fact that you have a virtual card that you can add to your virtual wallets (GPay) so that I can quickly use it to pay for things (i.e. travel) without to much hassle. It's also easy to upload receipts and there are handy reminders in case you're busy and forget to do it. It also feels like a secure system.

I have yet to come across anything that I don't like about the solution.
