August 2021* | Immobilien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The product is cloud based, has a sweet app and is secure. I can use this product to manage both our Residential and Commerical lettings. I am really impressed with the cleanness and smoothness of the screen and input, there is no clunkiness at all. The more I use the product the more useful features I find and once all the historical data is entered there will be no forgetting the deadlines. > > **Nachteile**: There isn't much I don't like, and customer support have been so helpful and taken on board a few of my suggestions for improvements. One of the things, especially for entering all the historic data is the date entry box. It would be nice to either pick the data from the box or enter in manually. I suppose it depends how fast people are typing and data entry. For me it's quicker to do a manual entry. > > A fantastic user experience so far. AlphaLetz understand their clients and the market they're in. I moved over to the product as soon as I saw it advertised, overall, it will mean less paper and more timely reminders and helpful reports to keep us compliant and ahead of the game. ----- ### "Great for landlords on the go\!" — 5.0/5 > **Richard** | *3. Oktober 2024* | Immobilien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Easy to set up and the phone app is good. Good value for money. > > **Nachteile**: The iPad size is to small. Could do with condensing the iPhone app display so more on screen. CSV download of data. > > Very good so far. That support and training is available easily. ----- ### "Great product" — 5.0/5 > **Kristopher** | *3. Oktober 2024* | Immobilien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 3.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Ease of use, accounting reporting, app ability to upload receipts > > **Nachteile**: App upload of receipts is a bit step by step heavy, could be streamlined a bit > > Great support from the team when I have had any questions, has really helped me get organised with my rentals ----- ### "So glad I found Alphaletz\!" — 5.0/5 > **Paula** | *3. Oktober 2024* | Immobilien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Ability to manage everything in one place and to manage each property as an independent unit > > **Nachteile**: The reporting function needs to be improved - you can include so much information yet the reports that can be extracted are basic - seems a shame to have all the information but not be able to extract/download it. Also there is a strong requirement for multiple log on capability which restricts access for the individual logging in > > As an existing landlord there is a time commitment to get everything moved from historical filing to Alphaletz but the benefits can be seen and used almost immediately. If you are a new landlord it's a godsend\! ----- ### "Great for business owners with Dyslexia and Dyscalculia." — 5.0/5 > **Verifizierter Rezensent** | *14. Mai 2022* | Immobilien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: We were looking for some software that was easy to use because of my dyslexia and dyscalculia. Which means I’m both rubbish with numbers and with visually seeing the right information in the right context. This company provided invaluable support to navigating me through understanding and successfully obtaining the correct management output required to understand both how our business was operating and also maintaining the correct property management. It did take a couple of days to rewire my brain from using spreadsheets but compared to other software this is intuitive and beautifully crafted along with the invaluable support from Alphaletz. Look forward to being able to move general expenses to either LTD or sole name property output on PDF statements in one place, Versa vis-à-vis. > > What is also great is that it’s a cloud-based system and the developer is extremely open minded to improvements and functions that will assist the community and others with neuro diverse conditions. ----- Seite: 1 / 2\ Weiter: [Nächste Seite](https://www.softwareadvice.de/software/240555/alphaletz?page=2) ## Links - [Auf SoftwareAdvice anzeigen](https://www.softwareadvice.de/software/240555/alphaletz) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | en | | | en-AU | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | fr | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
