It supports SSO and met our organization's IT security requirements. Once a schedule is entered it is easy to update/move shifts. For example, to change a shift time you have to toggle through a list of times rather than just being able to type the time quickly. The options to edit multiple shifts at once are very limited - for example, if I want to change the name of several shifts after they're created, I have to do this individually by hand. For repeating shift series, there is no option to extend the series indefinitely. > > Overall, it has been an improvement for our team to be able to see the schedule and updates in real time. The product has a lot of customizations/rules that allowed us to mold it to suit our needs.
