It's a pain to actually use the system, even after having it for a few months now. Of course the salesperson makes UKG sound great, and of course the demo provided always runs fantastically, but we all know in the real world that something unexpected will happen that requires extra assistance. When it does, I am happy to report that the service provided by the UKG team has been consistently very good. Their experts are knowledgeable, helpful, and seem to actually care about getting things right. > > **Nachteile**: We have multiple employees across the US and around the globe, and that complexity does rear its head from time-to-time in the system. Some state and local taxes require a lot more effort than I wish they did. Some of the system limitations tied to global locations and currencies require creative solutions to solve.
