LOVE the fact we can add our pdf's/Excel directly into the program and very easily transfer to Excel or Word for further working. Setting up templates per module also has to be done per user. The upgrade of the program is times consuming when we have to do them. It is based on the size of your files but I can take 2 hours just for the first step in the process because our file is large.
