This software is so easy to navigation and explore. I love the way you're going to improve in your features, Playvox! It's so amazing and useful on day-to-day work!

I don't have any troubles about this software, when i needed, Playvox was there with your powerful tools to help me day-by-day!

The impactful area is: Quality -> already seeing progress in the quality KPIs of team
Nachteile
Integrations - needs to be customized as per our requirements better. We're currently still waiting for an answer for a specific request ~ 2-3 weeks

Honest- simple review
Vorteile
The initial integration was quite easy, even though I was not the one that made it happen.
Some settings we needed were implemented afterwards.
The feature I like the most is the Quality Evaluation. ( the main thing playvox is about imo)
Nachteile
We can not set up our KPIs /progress on the KPIs ( like we have CSAT as a target and its results are changing every hour)

Very user Friendly and easy to navigate!

Playvox is set up in an organized fashion that allows me to navigate through and clearly visualize the breakdown of my reviews.
This is my first time using software of this nature and it has been a wonderful experience thus far!

I do not have cons to provide as this is the first time.
