Tailored towards incident management, rather than just being a generic paging system.Clear and easy app for users to view their calendar and to make short notice swaps within the team.Additional monitors that can feed into the on call team, not solely used for customer support requests.  Enables proactive monitoring to be addressed in real time for non critical systems as well.

> **Nachteile**: - Editing on-call scheduling requires to figure out interaction (where to click, what to add etc.). A help/guide inside the software would be helpful.&#10;- Removing an on-call person from a period in between schedule, changes the whole schedule up for everyone next in queue, hence needs to do adjustments for all the next on-callers.

> Its a good product that fits our use case of different teams monitoring different services, where each services are also living under different environments. This requires a complex level of customization of notifications \&amp; alerts, and ilert works perfectly.
