Februar 2026* | Finanzdienstleistungen | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Centralized and easy to manage. Standardize the organizations email signature and easily managed at one place. > > **Nachteile**: Unable to remotely disable native outlook signatures for smooth roll out of Code Two Email Signatures 365. > > Our experience with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 has been very positive. The solution provides reliable, server-side control of email signatures, ensuring consistent corporate branding and compliance across all users and devices. CodeTwo effectively overrides client-side signatures, which is essential given the limitations of Microsoft’s New Outlook. The administration console is intuitive and flexible, allowing rule-based targeting by department, branch, or user group without reliance on client configuration. Once deployed, ongoing management effort is minimal and changes take effect immediately. Overall, CodeTwo has proven to be a stable, enterprise-grade solution well suited for organizations with strong governance and branding requirements. ----- ### "Great customer support" — 4.0/5 > **Dena** | *18. Februar 2026* | Informationstechnologie & -dienste | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I like that CodeTwo signatures work inside of Microsoft Outlook, as well as on the server side of mail flow so the end user doesn't have to worry about signatures at all. > > **Nachteile**: My biggest complaint about CodeTwo is inside the signature design interface. I really wish there was a UNDO button available when working on signature designs. > > Overall my experience with CodeTwo has been positive. There are many online tutorials that help navigate the setup and use of the software. When I ran into an issue I was unable to find a solution to, the customer service rep was very helpful and followed up to be sure the issue was resolved. ----- ### "Great software\!" — 5.0/5 > **Maciej** | *27. Oktober 2022* | Maritime Wirtschaft | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: This program is very easy to use. The very intuitive interface (available as a web application) does not cause problems in use. Signature management is very functional. It gives the ability to handle multiple scenarios. > > **Nachteile**: No support for shared mailboxes at the same level as licensed mailboxes. WYSIWYG editor support is easy, but you often have to correct the result using HTML code. > > Handling the signatures of dozens of users working on desktops and notebooks has become trivial. Implementing the signature of a new employee does not require me more than a few clicks. ----- ### "Please make the purchasing process easier" — 3.0/5 > **Graham** | *5. Juli 2021* | Informationstechnologie & -dienste | Empfehlungsbewertung: 7.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: It does what it says once it is setup and works across multiple platforms > > **Nachteile**: The fact that purchasing this software requires an email to someone on the other side of the world in a different time zone adds unnecessary delays for what is good software ----- ### "CodeTwo SPM Review" — 5.0/5 > **Carlos** | *25. Juni 2026* | Automotive | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The ability to decide whether to apply the Signature to internal or external users is very useful when you apply changes or want to show specific data to providers, suppliers, clients, etc. > > **Nachteile**: I would say the only thing right now I can think of is that the interface to design the signatures can be improved to be more intuitive, it's already pretty simple, but I think it could look better. > > It achieves the purposes we were looking apply in the company. Multiple signatures for different recipient cases such as internals / externals. ----- Seite: 1 / 24\ Weiter: [Nächste Seite](https://www.softwareadvice.de/software/210631/email-signatures-for-office-365?page=2) ## Links - [Auf SoftwareAdvice anzeigen](https://www.softwareadvice.de/software/210631/email-signatures-for-office-365) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | en | | | en-AU | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | fr | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
