Since this product is at very initial stage they should focus on integrating more and more features like Document Processing etc. Also they could boost up their training materials and documentation which will help new developer to adapt to this new RPA tool quickly. Sometimes I have observed that the studio hangs when we perform search of activity. But overall this tool looks quite promising in RPA domain

It would be unfair just to point out any cons for Aiwozo, as it's still a very new entry into RPA Domain & its users are still exploring its functionalities. I personally found it's overall Interface very user-friendly & intuitive at the same time. This tool is a good example of a combination of seamless operation & interoperability. Apart from all these features, ever-expanding emerging technologies like NLP, ML & AI are also finding its way with support for these in Aiwozo.

I'm not quite there yet, it is still very soon to come at negative points for this tool as it very much offers everything required for end-to-end automation at this point in time.

I don't see anything unlikeable about this tool, it's still very new & things will surely add up in coming days.
They can take user feedback & implement all the unique suggestions within their product.
I'm sure the aiwozo team will come up with new features to be at par with other competitors.

Our organization was able to automate a lot of HR and finance process using Aiwozo. The fact that the tool has a lesser learning curve helps developers complete the implementation sooner.

There should be custom libraries so that developers can create more complex automation or should be able to write down own custom scripts to integrate with tools that are not supported by Aiwozo.

It provides the easiest ways to implement ai with rpa and thus, expands the scope of the process automation. The intelligent automation breaks all the limitations in rpa and completes all the task using ai. Which helps in decision making, image recognition etc.thus eliminates the manual intervention or human interaction.

Aiwozo must focus on introducing more new features in their tool to complete with existing tools like uipath,aa etc. Also it would be great to see some changes in orchestrator which is quite difficult to use and manage.

While automating in a flowchart, it allows to access each of the steps and edit it as per my requirements.

Very ease to learn, understand and use. AI Features like Sentiment Analysis, Image Classifier are awesome and it is somewhat unique, ease to use comparatively other tools. Integration with other applications like SAP, Outlook are very easy and results more beneficial too. Designing , Developing, Publishing, Executing, Monitoring the bots are very simple in this tool. It provides simple solutions for complex automations with less code. We can do lot more magics on applications automation, image automation, messaging automation, outlook automation, PDF automation, web automation, UI automation etc.,

1. Somewhat difficult to integrate with other workload automation tool like Control M, autosys.
2. Taking screenshot of the image and used it globally not possible.

In my opinion, Aiwozo helps the user to reduce their time and effort on their repetitive tasks. From my personal experience, I am a zonal manager for a food tech company, where I used to share the EOD (End Of the Day) report with my senior peers every day. It took nearly 30 - 45 minutes to complete the task by using google sheets. But I created a bot for collecting the details from my juniors and collating them in a single sheet and sharing it through the mail using Aiwozo. It reduces the time by 20 minutes, Now I'm suggesting this platform to my peers as well for speeding up their tasks with greater accuracy
