Not much good to say but I have to have 100 characters to submit this review. > > **Nachteile**: I haven't been able to open my TM inbox for over a decade, despite multiple attempts by techs to resolve the problem. The only way I could send emails was to maintain an old version of Outlook as a computer app, rather than the web version. Storage of files was simply easier with a folder designation than to try to link everything to TM. The last upgrade went well, but most others in the past were nightmares. Probably everything I have used TM for for the last decade at least could have been accomplished using included programs with MS 365 > > I have used TM since 2.0, over 20 years. Despite my telling them I was retiring, they refused to allow me to terminate my yearly contract early or even allow me to buy out the remaining time at a discount. "We can't do that," \[sensitive content hidden\] the rep said, but of course they can. 20 years of loyalty to a program that limped along for decades is not returned. I do not recommend doing business with them. I stayed with the program mostly due to my own inertia and the difficulties and expense of migrating all those years of data. ----- ### "Love this program\! It holds all client, attorney, and court contact information in an easy to find system. I can also easily calendar all matters and link the tasks to the appropriate contact. There is also an easy daily calculator to count a certain amount of days. It is especially helpful when counting specific days to respond to orders and motions. Each person can even set up "to-do's" for themselves, without it showing on the daily calendars. I love how we can enter new client information in and keep track if we have spoken to them or not with the "consult" forms. We can tailor each category to make it hold specific information we want. > > **Nachteile**: Sometimes the software can get tricky. It took me a little while to learn all of the ins and outs of the program. Sometimes certain tabs are missing when I open the program, so I have to take some time to find out where they are to open them again. It still takes me some time to find items in the program that I don't use every day. > > It helps us keep track of every attorney's busy schedule, whether it be for court conferences, in office client appointments, meetings with staff, meetings outside of the office, or any other appointment. Having to fix things after the fact because you fat fingered something is flat out annoying. It tracks metrics on all users, but what is the point of all the data? If you have time to read all that, you should be billing hours. > > If you really want an elaborate, automated system with detailed records to keep time, this program has got you covered.
