I use Browserstack to test how well my company's web-based game work accross multiple devices/browsers, be it manually opening the game or using automated testing. Although not very easy to set up, the automated testing features are excelent!

It's a great tool for testing react native apps. It lets you see videos, screenshots, and network requests easily. Plus, it integrates really well with Azure DevOps!
The only downside is that getting started can be a bit tricky. It would be helpful if they made it clearer how to get the right keys for CI integration.

I have good experience with browserstack as it really helps me to do real time device testing easy to debug and resolve the issue easily its support large number of android and IOS devices so we can test user exprince of devices.

Essential tool for cross device debugging and testing
My experience with Browserstack has been largely positive especially when debugging client-reported issues in our DMS software for which I work on to replicate and fix the issue. The platforms's wide range of real devices helped me to replicate and resolve those issues across various devies like tablets, phones and Ipads.

2. Ease of use and availability of vast range of real devies and browsers to replicate the issue reported by users in the functionality and fix it via code fix
Nachteile
While it offers good real-time debugging tools but sometimes it feel less robust compared to local development environments. For ex; the same issue if I could replicate on my local system using Chrome here I can use the console to properly test and debug the issue which is a lil' difficult with using Browserstack.

Having two devices side by side is super helpful for us as we can test English and French or iOS and Android versions of our apps at the same time. The ability to simply record the screen helps us a lot too.

Live enables us to test quickly on several browsers.
With App Live we can test our apps on a wide range of devises. We no longer need to buy many physical test devices. The integration with Firebase is also a game changer. We no longer need to download and upload apk or ipa files.
Percy snapshot testing is also a great addition to our testing tools stack. Small styling issues which are difficult to see with a human eye are easily spotted by Percy.
Nachteile
From time to time Live and App Live can be slow.

Must try tool for testing
I've tried lot of online simulation methods and and websites out of the browser stack have exactly what a developer/ tester might expect in this kind of tools
my experience is so for good but the pricing can be much affordable

BrowserStackhave lot of device simulations to test both websites and apps so it's basically you get everything at one place
Nachteile
free trial versions have very small time frame we couldn't even get to see the fully ready device
