I love the speed of opening a test platform, switching to others, and how easy it is to use it and interact with text fields. I have noticed stability improvements over the years that I love.

Nachteile

It can't perfectly replicate the experience of having a mobile device in my hands, so that's the main shortcoming.

Some features are nice, such as being able to add subfolders, importing test cases from CSV files, and filtering by custom date range (FINALLY), dragging and dropping test cases (this is extremely helpful; we would like to see the same functionality applied in test cases inside of a test run.

1. It would be nice if we could filter reports by tags
2. It would be nice to create a report from all the projects instead of only individual ones

1. It would be nice if we could also drag and drop the test cases inside a test run
2. It would also be a game changer if we could filter test runs by tags. My team and I would love to use tags a bit more, but at the moment, we feel its usage is pretty limited.

Its very User Friendly. We can use all Current Windows and Mac OS with so many combination of resolution. And mostly all majorly used iOS and Android devices also available. Bug Raising we can take Screenshot and inbuild we can raise issues.

Nachteile

Some of the Features are not available in Browser Stack like Drag and Drop Functionality for Devices, Some of the Pointer functionality will not work in Browserstack.

I love Browserstack for it's ease of use and no fighting over sessions for a particular device like other rival companies. It's always available and performance is good on at least 80% of devices and desktop browsers.

There are some performance issues with some desktop browsers like Mac, and some devices but most work flawlessly. I wish we had an option for multitaps.

Cross browser testing and debugging is quick, with easy to use interface.
They provide real mobile and desktop browser combinations, including the newest iPhone and Android smartphones. Whatever device/browser your customers are using, they've got it.
And eve though the device reaction time is not instant, you are viewing real device which is always better than even the best emulator.

Local Testing using BrowserStack's provided binary sometimes didn't connect.

Sometimes the initial connection to the devices navigation is a bit slow or needs a refresh but given the nature of the service it's acceptable.

The Test Runs are well done, organized and contains a lot of good data available to track the progress of the run.

There are some things that could be improved on Test Management, like a button for copying a test case to the same folder and the possibility to drag and drop folders to reorganize the structure. There is also a few bugs, like when you click on edit folder name and select the current name using the cursor and the pop up window closes.

Session timeout - I often tested some issue from local server in a loop: make some change -> test on browserstack -> make another change -> test again, and so on. The session timeout was often running out during development part of this cycle and had to set the test again.

2- A feature must be created to add an external proxy or VPN for the experiment (so that I will be able to use an IP chosen by me without using the local Internet connection on my part)
3-Give a 7-day trial period for the annual subscription
4- There is an infrequent connection interruption and some suspension within the devices
