Our company relies on this software for critical projects, yet getting timely or effective help from Bluebeam’s support team is impossible. Ironically, we’d gladly pay more if it meant receiving the level of service required to actually use the product as intended. A few years ago, support was passable—not great, but at least functional. Now, it’s downright negligent. Tickets go unanswered, issues remain unresolved, and the lack of responsiveness has cost us time and money. I no longer recommend Bluebeam to anyone. In fact, I’ve made it a point to warn every director, engineer, and colleague I know to avoid it and explore alternatives.
