Anyone who offers courses knows it’s a huge help for things like affiliate/referral marketing, coupons, push notifications, live classes (albeit payable via Zoom), mobile apps, and more. In addition, as a course creator, I was afraid not to be able to use the Spayee because of the high technical expectations. However, it turned to be intuitive and easy to use. Contacting support team was pleasurable experience as they were friendly and answered immediately in a chat. Due to dynamic watermarking, I can sleep tight at night and not think about contect security. My experience with Graphy has been extremely disappointing, particularly with the gap between what was discussed/committed during the sales process and what I experienced after making the payment. I was assured of services including a website, marketing support, and Zoom subscription. Once the payment was made, however, getting proper assistance became extremely difficult. The biggest problems I faced were: \* Very poor post-sales support \* Difficulty getting clear and timely responses \* Lack of ownership when issues were raised \* A frustrating gap between sales commitments and actual support \* Difficulty getting meaningful solutions instead of repeated responses \* Feeling that once the payment was received, my concerns were no longer treated with the same urgency The platform itself may have useful features, and I’m not saying that nobody can benefit from Graphy. My concern is specifically about my customer experience, the commitments made to me, and the support I received afterward. If you are considering Graphy, my advice is simple: get every promised service, deliverable, timeline, marketing commitment, subscription, and cancellation/refund condition clearly documented in writing before making the payment. Don’t rely only on verbal assurances from the sales team. I’m posting this as a warning based on my own experience so that others can do their due diligence before committing their money. Please don’t fall for their online image.. it’s fake\! Graphy is a con and just making money on their online paid image but in real graphy is crap > > My Experience With Graphy My experience with Graphy has been extremely disappointing.
