Incredibly useful for a small company/team that has to deal with plenty of leads efficiently
Highrise is just amazing for a small company. Very straight forward, uncomplicated. It helped us immensely in dealing with 2000+ leads with only a 3 person sales force.
On the con side, which is not really a con, just something I'd like to see in this product is an ability to see some statistics of the type of contacts that you have. Right now I have to sort them by tags and export in xls and then do a pivot chart - which is inconvenient. This feature would help to know the distribution of your portfolio and its evolution, at a glance.
Who could use it:
Sales teams for managing contacts & deals
Marketing teams for managing contacts (PR, bloggers, journalists, suppliers perhaps)
Who couldn't use it:
Marketing for email marketing, campaigns, statistics - had to clarify this because CRM is often a misleading, blanket term for a lot of features.

Solid and light
Vorteile
Highrise is great as both your stand-alone CRM and as an addition to your already existing one . My best program for leaving client notes just because of how much room for customization you have for that .
Intuitive to use ,there is almost no learning curve .
Nachteile
It requires a lot of manual data entry ,especially at the beginning . It is very easy to overwhite information by mistake and there are no undo options ,so you have to be mindful of what you are doing at all times.

It'd be freaking great if I could sync with my Android.
Overall, I love Highrise and have since it was introduced. Really, I have to make this 100 characters before you'll accept it? Seriously?

Having all the information about a client on the same screen is excellent.

Come on you guys, come up with an easy way to sync to Android.

The smoothest CRM I've worked with
Vorteile
Very easy to install and set up . I recommend using the browser version instead of the desktop one as it a lot more detailed . I resent most cases where software does updates ,but with Highrise ,the service genuinely improves with each update and look forward to them .
Nachteile
The reporting system isn't conclusive to everything ,but spread out in between as many projects as you have .This means that you benefit a lot for having a designated HighRise handler.

I've used Highrise for over a year.
Organization. Bigly. I'm sure others may find the software too basic. But I find it's simplicity to be a plus
Vorteile
It provides core CRM tools very well. Since that's pretty much all I'm looking for, it works great for me. It's intuitive to learn. I really appreciate the tagging feature that allows me to create groups without creating other objects within the environment.
Nachteile
I'm fumbled merging some contacts, so that could be a little easier. Still, pretty small potatoes.

Found that the system was sometimes hard to navigate. There's a bit of a learning curve when you first start using the system.

Great for keeping organized account of customer interactions

It's easy to schedule tasks to help keep you up with your customers and their activity.
Nachteile
A couple things I would like to see, being able to edit a task marked as complete. Sometimes I accidentally check the box and I don't mean too, would be nice to un-do it sometimes.
Also, maybe a reminder to contact someone who has had no activity on the page for a month but have the option to personalize it by tag. E.G. I have a tag for distributors. I would get a reminder about the distributors with this tag who have had no activity on the page in the last 30 days.

Best CRM
Vorteile
Highrise is truly the best CRM I've used. It solves all the issues with creating and/or maintaining a data base and it's user friendly. It doesn't take much training to understand how it works and to use most of the functionalities.
Nachteile
Small issues with emails and overwriting data, however it's been overall a great experience.

Does what is is supposed to
It provided what we needed, but just was a bit more time consuming and clunky than I wanted.
Vorteile
It is easily accessible on a computer and ability to keep all information in one place. The free trial was a nice option.
Nachteile
It was not as mobile friendly as I would have liked. The categories to classify things had to be worked around to make it useful for our needs which was a bit cumbersome.

Fantastic, slim CRM

Features you need, none that you don't. Highrise enables you to quickly and easily keep track of all your customers.
Nachteile
Reporting is limited. One of the ways we utilize Highrise is to manage our email marketing lists, and Highrise does not enable me to export some of the things I'd like to aggregate and track (primarily notes)

keeping track of suppliers, merchants and manufacturers is trivial and I can easily store everyone's deal, offers, invoices and make negotiations without ever loosing a beat

few basic features and are easily understood and can apply to many situations. this makes highrise very generic. But this generality comes at a price, the admin must adopt the account and adjust things to their situation. in small companies this won't be a problem but for larger more complex scenarios either highrise won't fit or the situation must be adapted to the software
Nachteile
mobile app and mobile website vastly differ, app can't do many things such as upload attachments. app is better suited for on the road mobile access to the data and the contacts and their details.

Businesses that do not want to invest in creating a CRM should look no further
Highrise has been a tremendous help when it comes to organizing and improving my freelance business .
Vorteile
I appreciate how inclusive the free trial is .It does a really good job at showing you the ropes and is the main reason for me to upgrade .
It gives you a platform to be significantly detailed with the information you store,while in the same time the design enables you to access whatever data you need quickly . It also integrates your template emails ,which is amazingly useful when planning your campaigns .
Nachteile
It requires a lot of manual data entry at the beginning . Especially if you have a larger contact lists .You have to be very careful while entering the information as edits are almost impossible to implement .

Difficult reporting and distinction of leads and opportunities. Also information wasn't...

I like how it assigns tasks and responsibilities to certain cases or opportunities. Furthermore, I like how highrise is able to put comments and activity notes into a report.
Nachteile
Unable to streamline contacts, companies, cases, and opportunities together into one platform. This makes sorting and filtering contact information into a report difficult.

Easiest CRM SOFTWARE AROUND
Vorteile
Easy to build cases with, also easy to keep track of clients. My Virtual assistant can move through this software and never look back or have to be trained anymore on it it is that simple.

Overall good product. Just what we needed for tracking. Many other software had too many bells and whistles and learning curve, this one does not have a hard learning curve

We just started using this platform, but it has everything we need for client management!
Vorteile
Very easy to use and logical. They have thought of everything that is needed, even for the free trial. If you want to save the headache of learning difficult crms, this is the way to go.
Nachteile
No complaints yet. Where I think they could improve is the ability to view updates and segment them in ways so that you're not scrolling through all of them.

Great way to keep track of my leads for my flight training business.
Vorteile
I like that it has all my clients in one place and allows me to follow up in specific ways. Without it I'd be leaving people behind and forgetting our conversations.

Need more connections to other services, like automatically exporting contacts or automated follow up emails.

Simplistic and affordable
Hightrise does exactly what you expect from a solid CRM: It improves your customer service and your follow-up on leads while centralizing the company’s database of clients. My favourite core feature is the "dropbox", which is indeed an intelligent mailbox.

Great CRM for account management
We use Highrise as our customer relations/account solution and I've found it to be easy to use, easy to update and flexible to help manage small projects related to an account. I would recommend this as a small business solution for customer management but not for metrics.

Cannot update photos to an account from the mobile app.

A very user-friendly interface .Also ,a surprisingly complete version on mobile,which helps you make dynamic changes in real time . It is reasonably priced and easy to work it .

I had a couple of queries the customer service never replied to ,which is the reason I decided not to proceed after my free trial .

Never got to use this software. Last year they closed to new customers. Seems like it would have done what I wanted. It just looked good for my needs.

Great features, easy to use, keeps team in touch
I have been using HR for 6 years, and I find it to be an asset to the company I work for. The whole team is able to follow customers and projects with ease. I would recommend HR to other companies to enhance their existing customer service programs.

aesthetic review (mostly)
The experience has been good. I think there's lots to gain from the application that I'm not using yet. It'd be great to see integrations with Asana as well.
