I've used them all...... And I'm back with Naverisk.
Vorteile
I've used them all since starting my MSP. Atera, Syncro, even Naverisk in it's early years.... I've been with N-Able for a while and for reasons I won't go into here, I decided to give Naverisk a trial. It didn't take me long to cancel N-Able and give Naverisk my money. It was a straightforward and easy decision. I'm self hosted, and the initial set up was very simple. I was up and running in around 30 minutes. The portal is easy to navigate. The support is top-notch. Scripts ACTUALLY RUN when you want them to. Windows Updates also work, and is very configurable. The service desk is very easy to manage, and the automation rules just rock! The email conversation with the sales guy was easy without any pushy tactics or hidden agendas. The online community is also very involved, and it [sensitive content hidden]is also there at Front Of House too. Oh, and the BI Reporting..... Never seen anything so detailed....

Naverisk is a secure RMM
Vorteile
Most RMMs do the same or similar things including allowing managing devices, remote control, patching, creating, and running scheduled scripts, generating reports, generating tickets based on monitoring policies, integration with a PSA, etc. We've used numerous RMMs in the past and none are perfect, including Naverisk, but we have always felt confident that Naverisk is a very secure system because we've not had any security issues. With other RMMs, we've experienced unacceptable security issues which is why we moved to Naverisk 10 years ago. We also improve security by hosting on our own platform and provide access to Naverisk via firewalls we fully control so can lock down access to the UK only. Naverisk is rather a technical platform, so it's not for everyone, but it's great for us because we are technical people. Hosting on our down platform does require us to spend time on upgrades but we would rather have full control instead of relying on a third party. Naverisk technical support is always helpful and resolves issues quickly and they have also helped us with creating scripts. As an extra bonus, we get Arma backup too!

The intentions are good
This could be such a good product, many feathers are there but it is always something that does not work. In every release it is something new that does not work. If something is fixed something new stops working. The development of the product is slow. I would assume that we create 2-3 support cases a week and have done so since we started using the system 1,5 years ago. We cannot trust that the status of the client agent is correct. I really believed in this company as they listened in the beginning of all our problems but now…no.We are looking at other systems now and it is hard to find a replacement as the product in general is god and featerrich.

A complete solution, attractive price but you pay with frustration.

Naverisk Has Served Us Very Well for 12 Years Now
We have been using Naverisk daily since 2013. It was great from day one but we've watched it grow and improve in just we way we need, without adding unnecessary features that others try to do. The support guys are always really helpful and have assisted me at all different times of day.

The intuitive unfussy user interface and the performance and reliability.
The help and support during initial setup and ongoing.
Nachteile
Installation and updates still require a certain amount of manual work, although Naverisk will kindly do this for us as part of our fees, I still prefer to follow our own procedures and maintenence window.

Best featured product for the price.
Overall, Naverisk offers many great features and plugins that make our every day management over our hundreds of clients an absolute breeze. I would definitely recommend Naverisk to anyone that has the need to manage multiple devices, whether it's an IT services provider or just an administrator in a large organisation looking to have better management over their devices.

Reporting, monitoring, automation, RDP functionality all just works without a hitch. Deployment is super simple and fast. Once set up, deployment is pretty much turnkey. Also like the fact that we can run Python scripts to make certain tasks simpler and more autonomous.
Nachteile
The ticketing system could use a bit more attention. Creating tickets can sometimes be tedious and searching through previous tickets can be cumbersome.

Review from an administrative perspective
Overall, the Naverisk system works well for our company, the service and automations make things easier for the technician and administrative staff.
Vorteile
As an administrative employee the pros of Navrisk is the layout and ease of use the reporting section is as it offers an easy way to monitor the work done by our technicians on a daily basis.
Another pro is that the Naverisk team constantly works on development and updates to the system.
Nachteile
A con of the system would be that there are some sections that are a little complicated to work and find.
As someone who works directly with admin, the client profiles would benefit with a full overview on services per company listed in a easy to view manner as this would assist the technicians on knowing what services the client has assigned to them, this may be a user error on my part but try as I might I cannot set this up (the system works well for clients that have remote support assigned but we cannot set up full client services on the system)
Searching for tickets could have also been made simpler.

Naverisk was the one stop shop for my MSP business. Remote support, Patch Management and a Help Desk Ticket system all in one.

While there were bumps in the road and the software was not always the best or without issues, they have always been worked out and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] team has been great working through everything.

Briliant Product
Naverisk has made life supporting multiple customers so easy with the customers section keeping pcs seperate from each other eliminating any accidental connections. Deploying naverisk is easy too.

Vorteile
Naverisk is a comprehensive RMM solution with a rich feature set which continues to improve. Naverisk support is very good and the ability to deal with real people makes a refreshing change. Our engineers like the fact that it is easy to use and with the ticketing system and excellent remote access capabilities, it has become our primary tool for supporting our clients.
Nachteile
The dashboard can be a bit busy and it takes time to get it properly configured, but it is worth the effort.

Does the job perfectly. Easy company to deal with. Support is excellent.

What really clinched it for me was the fact that everything is in real time. No polling endpoints every few minutes like some other systems.
Interfaces well with Xero (for accounting) to make billing a breeze.

On the spot!

Some updates to the platform do not seem to be thoroughly tested or trialed with end users before deployment and generate time wastage. Example: saved custom views for Devices and Service Desk have stopped working after Naverisk has been updated, requiring recreation of the custom views from scratch. I have to take screenshots as a precaution.

I simply love Naverisk
I've installed and configured Naverisk at multiple employers and every time my experience with Naverisk has been fantastic.
Vorteile
What I like most about Naverisk is that it isn't too complicated but gives you all the useful tools in one window. It's also lightweight. Other products I've used like Automate provide similar functionality but are much larger programs and don't operate as efficiently.
Nachteile
I'll be 100% honest and tell you there really isn't anything I dislike. The product and team behind it have ALWAYS been excellent to work with.

Long time user of Naverisk at my last MSP.
Naverisk made my life comfortably easy for about eight years.
Vorteile
The software is great and Windows support is strong and fully featured. The remarkable customer support was my favourite thing about it though, being able to get an answer to a question in a few minutes by email is something I haven't seen with any other RMM.

The Mac client seems unreliable but that seems to be the case with every RMM I have tried so that's probably a Mac thing.

Limited product, horrible customer service
In looking at these reviews, I can only surmise many manufactured.
We used this product for two years, having now switched to ConnectWise, which we feel better meets our needs. Naverisk's base offering is adequate for very small MSPs with limited needs. We realized its limitations perhaps a year or so too late, but nevertheless made the decision to switch to a more robust solution.
My deep frustration and quite frankly, resentment, stems from Naverisk's customer service. Our total investment was $24,570. Of this amount, $13,200 was for BitDefender licensing. Upon termination of our relationship, Naverisk suspended our account with BitDefender (understandable) but positively refused to un-suspend us for the 15 minutes it would take to migrate the license over to ConnectWise, thus forcing us to do a completely new roll-out and waste many hours of time.
ConnectWise has confirmed they routinely will accommodate partners who switch to other providers but Naverisk elected to behave like a petulant child. Despite my overall dissatisfaction with the product, I always had respect and appreciation for the team at Naverisk until this happened. I feel it's important to educate potential customers of the unethical manner in which they do business so they don't make the same mistake we did.

Very limited feature set. Adequate for a very small MSP with very simple needs... for the money, there are much more robust products on the market for around the same price.

Easy to implement and get started, a good group of tools, and documentation included. Good AiO.
I have used competing packages (ConnectWise, AutoTask, Level Platforms, etc, etc). They are often too bulky, some not intuitive, frequently very expensive.... this was much easier to implement, it is pretty stable and does not have a lot of overhead requirements. we were able to get up and going quickly and when we give customers access they are able to navigate the software without a huge amount of technical knowledge or a big learning curve.

simple, easy, straight forward, a nice collection of basic features all in a single interface that is easy to get up and going quickly. software is also affordable and the company is both easy to communicate with and work with when needed. it has become our staple everyday go-to software package. it keeps our team on track and communicating internally and with our customers.
Nachteile
all the basic features are there, but new feature development is slow. integration with other platforms and technologies is also lacking. luckily you can do most of what you need without having to speak to other programs, but true cross talk with other AV, Backup, Process Mgmt, Accounting and other platforms is limited.

Top Server Monitoring
A great support solution for IT companies. Should always be considered. Very scalable with a host of features.

Very easy to use from any location as it is Cloud hosted. Easy to group clients in their customer group.

Naverisk allows us to manage more systems with fewer technicians. The support has always been responsive and stellar.

Naverisk PSA and RMM
Naverisk have been really supportive with questions or any issues we've had and always responded promptly but also been proactive in making us aware of new features too.
Vorteile
Produce is consistent and reliable, we really like that it notifies us straightaway when devices go offline or there are Critical Issues.

Would like more integration into Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Endpoint Manager (Intune)

Amazing tech support. Those guys are quick and very knowledgeable.
We use this software everyday to manage and maintain our clients end devices as well as for ticketing.
Vorteile
The Tech support is amazing. No matter who picks up your ticket they can answer your question almost immediately. The platform is for the most part easy to use. It does almost everything we could need as an MSP and even some things we never thought of. The price is almost unbeatable. We are a startup and looked at Labtech and Kaseya and they wouldn't even talk with me until I had a specific number of clients for commit.
Nachteile
My biggest con would be that there is no built in 3rd party patching. There is a work around but you have to purchase a separate product then run scripts to integrate it into Naverisk. This is something that should be a firm integrated piece of the platform. My other con is that the PSA is very generic and doesn't really do much. It seems they added a few labels (sales queue, PR) and named it a PSA. We don't use it at all, we use a third party. My last CON is the built in SNMP capabilities are worthless. It would be nice if Naverisk could be our entire platform but again we had to go outside to a 3rd party in order to get the type of SNMP monitoring that we need.

Naverisk gives us more control, flexibility and functionality for the adequate price.
Vorteile
Easy to use RMM platform gives us flexibility and control over the customer issues and requests. Ability to remote in to a system using different methods provides robust redundancy and hope for the great outcome. Monitoring system at it best monitors every aspect of a computer or a sever hardware and software 24/7 providing efficient alerting and allowing us to present our self as a proactive team. With a great Antivirus that Naverisk is partnered to we can be sure that our customers's critical systems are secure and stable. Great script repository management allows us to automate almost all the aspects of our daily routine IT tasks and free more time for other tasks. Naverisk in house installation solution gives us assurance and control that we didn't have before. I'm glad that we can provide a feedback, submit feature requests and help develop the system in the way that technicians need.
Nachteile
Support responsiveness and ticketing system could be better, but looking back for a year and a half I can see how quickly Naverisk is developing and I'm sure they would gather all the feedback and fix those issue. Also the site itself could have a better and more modern design, but it isn't that important for day to day use.

Best value for money
All monitoring, patching and automation problems were solved with Naverisk, and it is helping us in the day to day work to assist our clients faster and solve their problems

Just signed up to another 3 +s contract term.
Nachteile
The development process isn't as smooth but it is getting better so I am looking forward to what they are bringing to 2019R2 & 2019 R3.

There is too much of a good thing
I feel I really never used it to its full potential because it just wasn't intuitive enough and presented too much at a time that important information was lost in the noise.

It has a ton of features and can provide quite a number of benefits if they are used
Nachteile
The interface is too busy and for all the features, you get lost in them and only end up using a handful. Too much digging is required to have things at the forefront of your display. It's information overload.
