The linking of clients to projects, calendars, contacts, notes, tasks and emails is so helpful. I can click on a client or a project and see the whole history of how I have interacted with the client, what projects we have worked on, when I last spoke /emailed them etc. It makes it super easy to stay clearly on top of all of the different projects and priorities I have. The functionality used to only exist with the desktop. Last year, they added this functionality and now it makes my life much easier. We love that our mac products can work in real-time and have the ability to coincide with apps such as calendar, email, contacts, reminders, etc. on our apple devices. Having a cloud based CRM is essential too because we can't afford for something with our servers to be off and effect our access to our database. The feature we utilize most is the smart-list feature. This has been crucial to have for the success of our business(es).
