After an initial year of success, we expanded its use to include our Young Adults Guns, Gangs, and Human Trafficking program and our Mental Health program. Sumac's highly customizable nature made adding new programs and features effortless. From a data management perspective, Sumac provides everything we need at our fingertips, including court letters, referral and registration forms, case notes, and detailed client profiles. The platform makes it easy to keep all information organized, confidential, and accessible only to authorized staff. Whenever we’ve encountered an issue, Sumac Support has been outstanding; one email away, and their response time is often within minutes.
