Cognism provides a wealth of data, and while pulling large lists can sometimes take a moment, it’s a sign of how thorough their database is. The trade-off is worth it for the accuracy and depth of insights.

Cognism is great! It’s made finding the right leads so much easier and a lot less time-consuming. The data is super accurate, and the platform is really easy to use as well. Their customer support is fantastic too! They’re always so friendly and quick to help if you have any questions or need advice. We've had some great enablement sessions which have allowed us to make best use of the platform. Since we started using Cognism, we’ve been connecting with more of the right people and seeing real results in our sales pipeline. Would definitely recommend!

Sometimes prospects from smaller companies will have no data attached to their cognism profile.

The overall Cognism experience is very high quality and I utilize all the available features in lead-sourcing to the full extent. Allowing me to get unique leads compared to other tools I have previously used.

Good if you can afford it, but not necessarily better than a ZoomInfo. That being said not everyone can afford ZI. That's where Cognism comes in.

I love how comprehensive their lead data is compared to their competitors, especially for international leads like in the EU. Good amount of accurate AI insights. Their customer support is quite good as well.
Nachteile
It's not very easy to use, and does not offer as advanced features as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Navigator. It doesn't exact replace those tools, which makes it a luxury option more so than the primary option.

Cognism - Easy to integrate and find the right contact details quickly
Cognism has made my job much easier to perform my required metrics of calling and emailing and I found the support is quite hands on if I ever have an issue. We even had an internal session from one of their Customer Success reps which was very useful.

Cognism can easily integrate with my Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and RingCentral so that I can perform my sales tasks quickly and efficiently. My favourite features have to be the Diamond verified numbers which are the most accurate I've found compared to previous outreach tools and the ability to build account lists to import to track my prospecting.
Nachteile
Nothing overly stands out but sometimes it takes a while to load or some of the contacts are outdated on Cognism but I can manually update them.

Having implemented Cognism into a handful of different businesses, and therefore having experience of utilising the data in multiple industries, selling to a range of buyers, I can honestly say it's unrivalled for both ease-of-use and data quality.
I've explored alternatives time and again because Cognism certainly isn't the cheapest on the market, but also because due dil, and time and again it proves to be the only enerprise data platform worth its salt, particularly for the UK and EMEA. It's a tool I use on a daily basis and wouldn't be without.
I'll always come back to Cognism for:
1. Ease of setup and onboarding
2. Intuitive, easy to use for all users
3. Simple and robust integration with Salesforce
Nachteile
My score would be a 10 but for customer success. My most recent experience has been very hands-off (we literally haven't heard from them since the first week of onboarding). Saying that I don't really know what I'd need them for since it's such an easy to use tool, but it would be nice to hear from them once in a while.

Cognism: Great Sales intelligence
Overall my experience has been positive. Once I learned how to best use the solution, I am bale to bulk import lead list and then enrich the data to a high percentage offering relevant sales and contact insights. This has allowed high levels of sales outreach throughout mt ABM strategy.
Vorteile
My two favorite features of Cognism are the new AI search feature and the Chrome extensions.
The AI search feature makes finding my ICP extremely easy. I can search by job title/ function, Company or by specific title. This allows me to make leads list quickly which are very relevant and are enriched with sales intelligence.
The Google Chrome extension is also a great feature, which allows me to make use of Cognism when outside of the web application. I can access the solution when using Linked In or when performing company research.
Nachteile
The only issue I face when using Cognism is the availability of contact information. At times I am unable to find specific contact details, such as emails or phone numbers. Although no one source of sales intelligence can give 100 accurate data, I find on the whole I am able to get about 90% of the data I need.

The platform is super intuitive to use, and we use everyday for prospection to find decision-makers for our business. We also rely on the quality of the information provided, that is email quality, and verified emails have impacted positively our campaigns and sales efforts.

The fact that finding distribution is somehow unreliable. Some regions in the world, especially asia is harder to find companies/contacts but that's also fair since Cognism as a larger database in Europe and US.

A very complete and user-friendly software

I think Cognism is the most complete, complex, and user-friendly software there is, at this time, and I can say that as I have been using it daily for multiple hours/day for more than 4 months. The web extension is a really great feature, due to its accessibility and user-friendly interaction. It has a very complete database regarding leads, with a lot of verified contact details, along with a great way to better qualify your leads, and not waste time on low-quality ones. Our CSM is very prompt and easy to talk to. He is always there whenever we have a problem and always finds a solution to the problem.
Nachteile
I would say the thing that I somewhat dislike are the cases in which the Chrome extension cannot get information details from some of the LinkedIn leads, especially from countries in Asia more specifically.

very consultative sales approach and seemed driven by creating value for us and finding the right version of the solution that best matched our needs as a business; rather than the salesperson being focused on their target and commission.
Also the UX on the app is lovely and the data is very accurate.
Nachteile
I really had no qualms using Cognism. I would suggest it could integrate with more systems but then I work at a company full of many disparate systems.

Cognism is the best B2B data tool I’ve used. The accuracy of the data is brilliant and the platform is very reliable. I’ve had issues with other tools in the past, constant bugs and crashes that slowed me down but Cognism runs perfectly. The extension is smooth and it integrates easily into my workflow. Since switching, I’ve been able to find and connect with qualified prospects so much faster. It’s saved me a ton of time and helped me book more meetings

It's a great product, not all the emails are verified, meaning that a couple are inaccurate. However, this is a problem with every data provider, Cognism still has the least amount of rejected emails

Cognism has been an absolute game-changer. In my six years of software sales, I’ve worked with numerous data enrichment tools, but few match Cognism’s ease of use, smart workflows, reliable data quality, and smooth integrations. It’s a tool I can confidently recommend!
Nachteile
Some data enrichment platforms allow users to build campaign sequences directly within the tool, removing the need for external CRM integrations. This could be a valuable addition for Cognism to explore. Although its CRM integration is exceptionally smooth, having the ability to manage campaigns natively within the platform would elevate the user experience significantly.

Stronger Pipeline
Vorteile
Cognism genuinely helps me build a stronger pipeline. The leads are not only accurate but also relevant to the delegate criteria I need. I also like that I can filter by region, seniority, and industry in a really granular way, which makes targeting much easier.
Nachteile
There are moments where I wish the platform offered more behavioral insights, not just static data. And while the tool is powerful, the price point could be a bit steep for smaller teams.

Favourite prospecting tool!
Vorteile
I've used a number of different tools in the past but Cognism has been my favourite in my role as an SDR. It goes hand in hand with Sales Navigator and makes my job so much smoother. The user-friendly interface and the great insights it provides about companies definitely adds to the overall efficiency. I also really like that it integrates directly with HubSpot meaning I don't have to transfer the details manually.
Nachteile
Some of the data I have used has been outdated, however the friendly customer support are always open to feedback.

Cognism is an amazing tool for prospecting. I've been working as a BDR for about a year now and I use it every day. I like the user-friendly interface and high-quality contact data. It's essential for my outreach activities. I also appreciate integrations with Sales Navigator, Salesforce and Salesloft, it make my workflow really smooth.
Nachteile
Sometimes information on the phone numbers I need is missing but our customer success manager is always eager to help with that.

Vorteile
I rely on Cognism daily, using it multiple times throughout the day. It’s an essential tool for my outbound prospecting efforts. The extension’s interface is user-friendly, and I appreciate how seamlessly it syncs with our CRM. Compared to other data sources I’ve tried, the phone numbers are quite accurate. Exporting leads directly from LinkedIn to our CRM is effortless with Cognism, and the prospecting features are a great bonus.
Nachteile
Some leads lack some data. Other than that it's a great tool!
