But what really stood out is how responsive and helpful their team has been throughout the whole process. Unlike some of the Saas based licensing tools we looked at, with 10Duke you also get a designated team who will work with you and are super responsive. > > **Nachteile**: We went through a pretty big overhaul of our entire workflow so figuring out how a new licensing system fits in was not a walk in the park, but we got there in the end. > > Our experience with 10Duke has been overwhelmingly positive.
