The whole experience was wonderful; honestly, before the meeting, I dreaded having to set all the diaries up myself which [sensitive content hidden] did on my behalf. 5* experience from [sensitive content hidden] and Vetstoria.

I love that [sensitive content hidden] did a video call with me to ensure our diaries were completely compliant with what we wanted. It made an otherwise stressful idea/job very streamlined. It took the pressure off greatly and I feel confident that our diaries are working perfectly.

so far so good! I am looking forward to learning about all the extras and using the full capabilities.

The system seems really clear and I was quick to understand the benefits of using it. The trainer was great.

could be larger and bolder fonts, It looks a little bit intimidating at first sight, lots of boxes and information that could perhaps be split into navigable pages.

Great. Good training with friendly and knowledgeable representative. Went at our pace, but kept us on track. She made sure we were ready before going live and answered all of our questions.

Easy to use. Very customizable. Allows our clients to schedule at any hour of the day.

Setting up with our PIMS was a little challenging, this was more an issue with our PIMS.

We could really do with a repeat prescription module.It would be great to be able to send link to pay for the above too.

Very happy with this easy to use product
Positive experience overall. Increase in new clients intakes as they can make bookings for the next morning overnight.

Our phone calls to book appointments are definitely reduced and clients love the convenience of easily booking out of business hours.
Nachteile
Vetstoria is on the pricier end of similar products, but I feel it is worth it for its ease of use and functionality.

Easy for customers to use
customer service has always been really helpful and understanding how important being able to book online is to our clinic.
Vorteile
when trying to reduce phone calls for making appointments, Vetstoria has really helped drive online bookings and this has reduced our time on the phone, leaving available reception to look after sick and emergency phone calls.

its quote hard to set up all the different customs but customer service is super helpful and are able to set everything up they way that works for your individual clinic.

Great Software
Vetstoria has been great and extremely flexible. They are willing to do what it takes to make clients happy.
We only experienced down-time once in about a year and a half of using them. It was for about 2 days, but they were working on the malfunction ever since the moment we brought it to their attention.

I work for a high-volume spay and neuter clinic. This software has drastically helped to address the high call volume we would receive, allowing our staff to increase the quality of the service we provide. The
Nachteile
The only thing this software is missing is a required questionnaire for clients booking an appointment. I wanted to implement a checklist that clients would HAVE to read and HAVE to acknowledge to ensure that they fully understood the commitment they were making (to reduce no-shows). However, this feature is not present and has not yet been added. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Easy for the non tech savvy
Vetstoria is beneficial to our business. The demand for booking online is ever increasing and lessens the large volume of incoming calls, allowing our front of staff to have more time engaging with clients in the practice.
Vorteile
The software, in particular the self service portal is easy to use, even for the non tech savvy user. Modifying the settings to correlate with our changing schedules in the veterinary practice is quick and not time consuming. You can easily customise the software and be incredibly detailed or start by using a basic format and tweaking as required.
Nachteile
In regards to appointment scheduling, at times it does not pick up length of appointment required, however this is more to do with the client booking the appointment.

Great integration for our PMS
Vorteile
It integrates well to our PMS (DaySmartvet, previously Vetter Software) and the online payments are a huge help for us, saving us time and eliminating our no-shows for our first-contact appointments.

The logic of “excluding” times where we don’t want appointments instead of just selecting the times when we are ready for online bookings.

Game changer for veterinary clinics and their teams!
Vorteile
The ability for clients to schedule appointments for their pets anytime and not have to call the clinic during business hours has been an absolute game changer for us. This allows clients to book an appointment as soon as they get a reminder for services being due or if they have a concern about their pet and not having to wait until we open and then they get busy with work or life and forget or wait until they can't be schedule at an ideal time. The system is so easy to set up however works best for your practice and allows you to customize so many things to make it work best for you.
Nachteile
The ability to make short term changes would be great. We don't always want to have to use blocks on a schedule but sometimes want to open up availability on short notice for a day they wouldn't otherwise have availability.

Amazing customer service
We already had Vetstoria before I had taken my new position, so it was already set up, but I knew nothing about it. I was set up with a zoom meeting to be shown how to do everything and look at all my numbers as well as how my appointments were set up. I had a great rep. who answered all my questions, was extremely nice, and helpful. They will fix/enter something if you don't know how, so you don't have to worry about it.

Easy to use, and when you have questions, they are quick to answer and help solve any problems!
Nachteile
It's hard to learn all the ends and outs, because there's a lot. But if you reach out, they will do whatever it is you need on their part to make your experience the best!

The ease of setup, the communication between Vetstoria and our clinic is imperative!
Nachteile
Owners sometimes will make an appointment for something that we do not want them too by changing the reason for visit. We can usually catch this and fix it.

The ease the clients have, the fact it can be done after hours at the owners convenience, reduces the number of phone calls allowing the CSRs to help the customers in front of them.
Nachteile
I don't like that this survey REQUIRES me to answer this question when I have done nothing but praise this product.

Vetstoria saves time and money!
We have been with Vetstoria for almost two year and have nothing but good things to report! We have not had any issues or concerns and they have excellent client service.
Vorteile
The integration between our PIMS and PetDesk has been a timesaver for our team and more efficient for our clients.

Online Real Time Appt Booking
Everyone is on their phones or computers and especially the younger generations. many of our clients prefer booking online, especially since they can do it from their phone and being able to book even when we are closed

it's easy to set up, live chat is available, it's in real time updates, it helps reduce appts with CSR on phones

It's a bit pricey, sometimes getting help is hard that is live and not a robot
