Der E-Mail-Dienst von Google zeichnet sich für mich persönlich durch seine Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Effizienz aus. Mit einem großzügigen kostenlosen Speicherplatz und einer leistungsstarken Suchfunktion, die das Auffinden von E-Mails zum Kinderspiel macht, setzt meiner Meinung nach GMail Maßstäbe in Sachen Zugänglichkeit und Komfort. Die Integration mit anderen Google-Diensten wie Google Drive und Google Kalender sorgt für eine nahtlose Arbeit, die meine Produktivität steigert.

Nachteile

Bisher bin ich mit Gmail rundum zufrieden und kann daher nichts Negatives berichten.

Schnell verfügbar auf Google handy, ansonsten nicht viel...

Dass diverse E-Mails, vor allem geschäftlich nicht ankommen, bzw. Durchgestellt werden. Das geht gar nicht

Gmail muss man nicht herunterladen, sondern man kann es direkt im Browser benutzen. Was mir auch sehr wichtig ist. Des weiteren hat Gmail ein wunderschönes Design.

Nachteile

Leider kann man in der Browserversion (soweit ich weiß) keine anderen Emails als @gmail.com hinzufügen (vielleicht @google-mail.com noch).

- Apps überall verfügbar und auch Einbindung in z.B. Apple Mail einfach möglich

Nachteile

- Gmail Adressen wirken meistens etwas wenig professionell
- Man muss immer ganzes Google Konto neu erstellen

Ich benutze die G-Suite seit circa 5 Jahren und finde sie von der UI eine 10/10. Ich sehe hier absolut keine Nachteile und kann jedem einfach nur empfehlen es kostenlos zu testen.

Nachteile

Ich kann nicht gegen die G-Suite sagen - Sie funktioniert immer - Bin seit 5 Jahren konstant zufrieden - Viel besser als Outlook ;) Da ich da auch mal Erfahrungen gesammelt habe - Outlooks UI ist nicht so gut und das Interface gefällt mir da auch nicht.

Die Vorteile bei G-mail ist der einfache und simple Aufbau. Es ist alles sehr übersichtlich! Und man hat einen sehr hohen Speicher.

Eine bestimmte Nachteile habe ich nicht selber gemerkt aber manchmal beim Starten wenn ich Gmail öffne , dauert bis 30 Sekunden bis auf ist ansonsten kein Problem

Sicherlich hat jeder mehr als ein Gmail-Konto und ich bin einer von ihnen. Es ist wirklich eine große zu verwalten, die Dateien Ordner und für geschäftliche Zwecke.Die Verwaltung meines persönlichen E-Mail-Kontos ist wirklich einfach, da ich es von meinem Smartphone aus nutzen kann. Gmail hat auch eine gute Erkennungsrate für Spam-E-Mails, und ich muss meinen Spam-Posteingang fast nicht mehr überprüfen, da sie wirklich gut zwischen legitimen und Spam-E-Mails unterscheiden können.

Nachteile

es hat keine großen Nachteile, viele nicht abonnierte Mails bekommen wir als Marketing Mails. Manchmal lädt es sehr spät und nicht in der Lage, Mails in der Zeit zu erhalten.

Vorteile

Man kann sich mit mehreren Konten synchronisieren. Kann die Labels selbst sortieren.

Eigentlich kann ich nichts schlechtes sagen,da ich im ganzen mit der App zufrieden bin.

Ich habe Gmail im Laufe der Jahre viele Male privat und geschäftlich genutzt. Ich denke, das ist die beste Software für Mail aller Zeiten! Allein die Benachrichtigungen in meiner E-Mail sind großartig. Lassen Sie sich schnell und einfach über jede Nachricht benachrichtigen. Außerdem können sie einfach in Ordnern sortiert werden. Auch finde ich die Sicherheit sehr hoch. Ich empfehle es sehr.

Nachteile

Manchmal verschwinden die älteren Nachrichten. Ich finde das nicht interessant. Auch finde ich Speicherkapazität.

Vorteile

GMail zählt für mich nicht nur zu den besten, sondern auch zu den sichersten Mail-Providern auf dem Markt. Die Nutzung ist äußert intuitiv, Mails lassen sich über Filter und Suche hervorragend finden und auch die Mobile App ist perfekt. Zudem ist es noch komplett kostenlos. Ich nutze zusätzlich noch einen anderen Provider, aber Google hat hier meiner Meinung nach einfach das Beste rausgeholt. Besser geht nicht!

Nachteile

Nichts! Ich bin restlos zufrieden und habe nichts an GMail auszusetzen. Mir fällt auch keine Funktion ein, die ich vermissen würde.

ive had free version forever now. the add ons do cost you, so watch out when you set your account up. i use gmail for my business and personal, seperate accounts and love it. i know being free, cant really complain. but tryin be honest here

i wish once i spam or block a incoming message they are blocked forever and also erase messages both older than 30 days, or unread after 30 days and id be a hundred percent gmail. just gets annoying to have to erase constantly and at 50 msgs a click takes a while ill change my actual rating should these issues get resolved.

I like the ease of the interface and the fact that I can have all of my emails in one place. I'm able to receive and send emails from my AOL account as well as my Hotmail account by using Gmail. I love that everything seems to be up-to-date at all times & I actually receive email notifications throughout the day on my phone.

The only con I can think of is that sometimes Gmail does not filter out the spam emails the way that I feel it should.

Gmail's search function is extraordinary, I am able to easily find older emails, as well as emails with similar content from disparate sources. But even more impressive is the simplicity of the system in terms of organizing emails, attaching files to emails, etc... Our agency uses Google drive and gmail for all internal critical communication and documentation.

At times the search function is too sensitive and pulls up too many emails, perhaps AI will help improve the instructions one can input to reduce irrelevant emails.

Amazing UI ,unlike its competitors, Gmail has a fairly "clean" design with a variety of themes. I like the option to label my emails and then easily find them, something other email management solutions do not provide. I also enjoy how we can establish areas for working and communicating together. It is also a tremendous advantage to having a hub of other products at our disposal, such as the entire Google Suite. Documents, contacts, and common folders may be simply linked, tagged, and maintained.

Nachteile

The one thing I don't like is that when I issue calendar invites, I get responses in my primary inbox. Even if I alter the label to anything else, Gmail does not learn or remember. I have to do that everytime.

I've been using this email platform since it was created when you had to be invited to use it. Back then it was surprising how fast it loaded because others failed in that regard. I like the intuitive nature of Gmail. I like that it allows me to sort find and organize my emails into folders or star emails I want to access quickly. It also has a strong spam filter if you take the time to set it up properly, it eliminates junk with ease.

Nachteile

There's not a lot of space for storage now that Google has combined all your storage into the workspace software, so you have to stay on top of reducing storage.

It's super easy to feel everything's organized and the multi-send feature has been just perfect for our team!

the anti-spam features are very good, I liked that it offers all Google services for free, the advertising is small and non-invasive, it allows you to manage different email accounts including certified email by dividing them into folders so you can easily recognize their origin. The spam and phishing reporting function is excellent. It allows multi-factor protection that requires an access code every time you use a new device and automatically blocks all access, notifying you of a suspected violation that you can easily verify and proceed with access.

Read and delivery notifications are missing, it is not best configurable on the desktop, it could become a bit intrusive.

Most things about the Google Suite I really like. I use the Gmail often and appreciate the way it allows me to group and sort emails, control the content of my emails, personalize signatures for different occasions, and I often use the search capability to scour my emails for information I need down the line. I especially like the Google meets feature which I use often at work and the Google Chat feature is my primary way of being available to my employees.

Nachteile

I do not like that there is not an option to unsubscribe in bulk, or if there is, it's not apparent enough for me to find it. I also don't like that when you forward an email, there is not an option to change the subject line. When I get an email for continuing education credits, I like to forward them to my staff and use the label for all emails, but I would like to be able to change the subject line to let them know what the email is regarding and other pertinent information to keep them from just skipping past it.
