Small things like why I can't run reports showing specific date ranges but instead of have to use a predetermined reporting range. Seems like something that should be available. Also, customer support is okay. They usually get back pretty quick and are helpful but I tend to get "put in a request" into the Intacct Community on items that should be in every system. Lastly, we've experienced API usage allowance and price change right after to signing our contract. Felt like we got duped a little. Then it feels like we get nickled and dimed for stuff... It allows for a lot of customization, automation \& clean dashboarding / reporting. Embedded with a financial planning tool, it's a really robust system. > > **Nachteile**: It is not always the most flexible and customizable tool within it's pre-established bounds \& can lead to customizations or middleware integrations. There are a few operational components that are abnormal to accounting functions, such as customer refunds. > > Great overall experience. I would summarize Sage as more robust system than one like Quickbooks, and it matches the power of an SAP or NetSuite, for the most part.
