Not much but the next step would be to turn the logic into a structured file. For example: an organigram could be become a database and vice versa. It could then even stay in sync with your HR system.

It is very easy to work within a team to design customer experiences, websites, apps, do online workshops/meetings etc. Clients love how visual it is and easy to use is and the internal team loves how easy it is to collaborate.

Sometimes it takes a bit longer to load that we'd like - but often it happens because of the amount of assests in a given project

I love the friendly user interface and the idea of being able to follow the view of another participant, making possible to effective give presentations. Remote working is easier when having tools such as Miro.

Nachteile

I still get confused with the buttons and the clicks when I want to do specific tasks. I wish it was more intuitive or self explanatory. Anyway, this is a minor issue.

I use Miro weekly for many reasons, but my favorite way to use Miro is when I'm planning workshops for my clients. So far, I've organized many KPI and user journey workshops and not only it's a great tool for me to create the space to brainstorm and edit, but it's also easy to use by the clients. It has multiple options, it's easy to just select what you want to add - a table, a card, a diagram and place it on the roadmap.

Sometimes I feel like the amount of features can be overwhelming - especially for users (my clients) who have never used Miro before.

you can't live without it. I don't like to become addicted to anything, however, since I started this app I can't go online and this app has not opened.

Lo que más me ha gustado de Miro, es que tiene una interfaz intuitiva que facilita el aprendizaje rápido. Es increíble cómo se puede gestionar un proyecto, sin importar el área geográfica en donde se encuentren los miembros del equipo. La parte visual me encanta, porque tiene muchas herramientas para armar tu proyecto, imágenes, pos-it, diagramas ; etc., es muy colorida.

Nachteile

Lo que menos me ha gustado, es que a veces se presentan problemas de rendimiento en documentos grandes. También otra posible desventaja sería que solo funciona cuando hay una conexión a Internet.

What I like the most about Miro is its capabilities and potentialities regarding teamwork.It has loads of options and collaboration tools and it can make pretty much everything, from an idea into a prototype into a concrete project.

Since Miro has a lot of options and personalization, it can be confusing and not very user-friendly for beginners. With some time and practice, this issue can be quickly solved and overriden.

It's really hard to copy and paste images onto and also from the board - say if we needed to grab images and put them in Powerpoints. Sometimes we also have to capture stuff on the board and put them into Powerpoint and vice versa. If only there was an easy way to do that!

Maybe I didn't find the feature, but it would be nice to have an option to make post notes anonymous so it doesn't show in the info who added it.

Miro seems to be the premiere when it comes to creating an interactive online workspace for your company. It allows us to see changes in real time and discuss it in real time. We use our online meeting space and Miro is an app that can be integrated into seamlessly, which makes the discussion so much clearer. Miro was not our first mind mapping and after we used this software we saw that we were loosing time that we did not know was there.

Nachteile

The isn't any to many cons at this moment, because the cons that were there at first Miro actually improved on them. The meeting room software integration was definitely a surprise addition.

I love that this is a highly interactive collaboration tool that I can easily use to facilitate meetings with remote staff. I work for a global non-profit and we have team members all around the world. Miro gives us a common ground to work.

I'm grateful Miro has a free option, but with a company our size it can be expensive to formally adopt for larger teams.

Miro is one of my favorite apps, the thing I like the most about it is all the tools it has to help you do diagrams, maps, even work with visual templates, which has helped a lot when we have to present a new idea to our employees or even our clients.

Brinda un entorno fácil de usar para cualquier tipo de usuario y las oportunidades de colaboración la hacen más atractivas a la hora de escoger un sitio en cual trabajar.

Posiblemente sea un poco "tosco" usarlo si no se tiene una buena conexión de internet, y esto puede hacer desesperar a los usuarios y regresarse a lo tradicional. Herramientas creativas aún permanecen limitadas para trabajar en este software.

I like that Miro provides a number of ready made templates for project management to increase productivity. The templates/tools are eye catching and are designed to keep projects organized. There is a free plan and but what I really like about their price point for the Starter and the next level up are reasonably priced. While many companies penalize/reward(depending on how you see it), charge a significantly higher price for those opting for a monthly plan over a yearly one, their pricing structure is fair so they get kudos for that. The FREE account is understandably limiting, but it provides a good snapshot of features available and both plans offer a good number of features to improve functionality depending on the type of project you’re working on. I haven’t yet mastered Miro but I will continue to explore and compare to other programs used.

I’m pretty tech savvy and enjoy experimenting with new tools for both my own project management and to recommend products to clients that are an ideal fit when it comes to reaching their goals. That said, the learning curve is a bit more sharp so it’s not as ideal when collaborating with others without taking a great deal of time to allow for knowledge gaps. This could ultimately defeat the goal of increased productivity. I also think the inability to create customized templates is also limiting and seems a bit rigid but still exploring so final verdict not out yet.

Compared to the tools of the past, Miro is a godsend. Very easy to work with and easy to collaborate in. We use it all the time to make complex flowcharts of our product. Can highly recommend.

The free tier is pretty limited and the paid tier is quite expensive. A middle ground would probably make us move from the free tier to the paid tier.

Easy way to visualize and organize key facts/resources about the topic. Many people I work with as a technology advisor prefer visual aids for product development and strategy planning. Miro is the only tool I have found that effectively presents my ideas and recommendations to them. I've participated in countless virtual meetings and written dozens of lengthy emails detailing various features, processes, and advantages and disadvantages of each approach. However, I felt like I wasn't getting my ideas and methods across effectively. That is, until I discovered Miro. I added key bullet points to the whiteboard, one diagram and organized everything in a visually appealing and easy-to-follow way - it took me 5 minutes to explain everything I wanted to share with them, using only 1% of data delivered earlier through emails and other project planning platforms.

I tried to use it for task management, but it somehow just didn't work for me. Also, a few more shapes, icons, direction lines would be nice to have without a need to use external providers.

What I liked most about Miro was how easy it made collaborating with my team. The virtual whiteboard interface allowed us to visually brainstorm ideas, map out workflows, and annotate designs all in real-time. This really improved our communication and productivity.

The one thing I liked least was the limit on the number of boards for free accounts. A small business could benefit from being able to create more boards without upgrading.

Organizing ideas. I use this product with Wacom Pentablet. At fisrt, I note anything I want using the pentablet like hand-writing after that I makes some chart, issue trees, and whatever by using the modules and export to images, then attach Notion or other documents. Before I use the method it was so tough tomake documents but not this makes less rework.

Online teamwork is fantastic. To let others contribute to the whiteboard, just send them an email invitation. Including people from outside the team in the project's development is beneficial. Miro is a portable and functional whiteboard app. We can now put things into some kind of order that makes sense.

Because of Miro's per-user licensing structure, everyone who wants to work together on a project must chip in. The issue is that you cannot invite individuals for the sole purpose of reading without purchasing a license for each individual user.
