The drag-and-drop builder doesn't fight you, and the template library covers most of what a small business actually needs — NPS, post-purchase feedback, employee pulse checks, basic market research — so you're rarely starting from a blank page.&#10;The brand name earns trust. When a survey link says SurveyMonkey, people recognize it and actually open it. My completion rates were noticeably better than the home-grown forms I'd cobbled together before, which matters when you're trying to squeeze signal out of a small customer list.&#10;Reporting that's genuinely useful. Real-time results, clean charts, and filtering/cross-tabbing that let me slice responses by segment without exporting anything.
