Best app for Project Management

It is a very useful app for managing a project. We are using this app for managing projects with internal and external teams. It integrates with Salesforce seamlessly. We have linked this to Salesforce accounts, contacts or opportunities for real-time collaboration on project status, files, and discussions.

Smartsheet gantts are pretty but time consuming to upkeep

Smartsheets is an option to Gantt Chart effectively but to upkeep it can be somewhat tedious and the customization options can be good for some fields and lacking in others. Could use a more intuitive design and bright UI but still a usable product if your team prefers its format.

Staying organized and on top of all company-wide projects is great

Some good features. Don't have to worry about installing MS project on the Mac and carry your computer with you to access the file. Always just click away as long as you have internet connection. It would be good to have more analytical and graph options for the project delivery analysis.

Good for beginner to advanced

I really like the features of smartsheet, you don't know what to do? no problem! Smartsheet have templates to help you out. You can create webform and post that to your coworkers, the answers will be generated in your database. For short it is google form/ doc but better!

Great product if you can afford

Great Tool

Great tool to use for collaboration. I would highly recommend this software. We use Smartsheet during our annual audit to submit audit requests and provide comments, track processes, and to gather data from multiple sources. It's easy to use and very similar to MS Excel.

Good in Theory Only

Smartsheet is Smart and Easy!

Smartsheet is simple and awesome to use. You don't get that weird feeling when you work on it. It is simple to understand and follow and can also handle complexities. We use it for managing from simple to complex projects which involve a lot of tasks, subtasks, milestones along with resources. The best part about this is that it is cloud-based so it can be accessed from anywhere.

Smart. Very Smart.

Smartsheet has made my job as a Project Manager a lot easier and smarter. Not only am I able to manage the entire project through it, but I can present a graphical view of project timeline and highlight critical areas we need to address to reach our milestones.

SmartSheet is a smart choice!

Utilized SmartSheet in a recent project and there is nothing this software has not been able to accomplish for us. Easy to collaborate, ease of use of the actual software makes it a win in my book. There have been no cons so far, so recommended to try!

Great for project management

We recently starting using SmartSheet as a project management alternative and we are not disappointed! SmartSheet's capabilities outnumber that of our previous project management system. Love the ability to collaborate and drill into specific details.
