Good quality CRM but lacks proper email integration

• Sales Pipeline has who owns it, estimate $, analytics if won or lost and reason why.
• Has direct functionality with Intercom, all convos can view directly on client’s dashboard. Open previous convos.
• Works with mail chimp for the bulk emails.
• Create activities for each client, has reminders for events attached for activities,
• Planner for tasks, overdue, due today or coming due,
• Dashboard, has analytics, how many new leads, what’s in the pipeline, sales pipeline etc, win ratios,
• Deeper insights, tracks touch points, win/loss, conversion ratios in the different stages,

• Can link with Gmail calendar (you can't use it as your email which is a huge factor)

Excellent Value for Money
Extremely positive. Before selecting this system, we did a lot of work in terms of reviewing the market, testing different products and researching other people's experiences in trying to find the right CRM and I am confident that we have made the right choice. You do feel like you have the support you need and the right product to manage your customers and your sales pipeline in a really structured manner.
Vorteile
I like the simple and intuitive layout. There are some excellent integrations available. We have integrated with our website, Xero and MS Outlook and these work well. We are able to manage leads in a very structured manner and see all of the client's addresses on a map, which is very useful when planning site visits. We have had very close interactions with the Teamgate support team. They have been extremely supportive, not just from an onboarding point of view, but are genuinely interested in helping develop their product. Cannot recommend highly enough for a CRM system for small to medium businesses. Lastly, the software is excellent value for money and the functionality and support provided is not to be found anywhere else at this price point.
Nachteile
The biggest downside to Teamgate initially was the lack of a mobile app, however we have been shown demo versions and cannot wait for it to be released in the next month or so. The Teamgate team have been very proactive in terms of communicating the development progress and taking feedback for functionality requirements.

No-nonsense CRM
Teamgate have been amazing since day 1, they helped us create and implement a new sales process - on top of implementing a CRM! There were no hidden costs, unlike a lot of other CRMs we explored.

Easy to use, great customer support and has all the features you'd expect of a big named CRM.

No mobile app, although i know one is coming soon!

All Around CRM That Delivers!
Having interacted with a few other CRM's, I'm most impressed and genuinely happy working with such a great group of people bringing clean water into the homes of America!
Vorteile
TG is an all around CRM that does most everything very well and with an intuitive approach. And if that's not easy enough, their onboarding process walks you through leveraging the technology to achieve the best results in minimal time. Importing large lead lists were a snap with the mapping technology and they have integrations with other partners.
When we've had questions or identified anything working out of the ordinary, they have been lightning fast to respond and deploy fixes. Overall this is a company that can support businesses at scale, yet nimble enough to deliver exceptional customer service.
Nachteile
There aren't any major stand out issues with TG but if I have to nitpick to keep it 100 then perhaps the integrations could be fuller with more options but zapier, u know?
Another minor tidbit might be when you're reviewing the tasks for the day, to be able to mute/delay an event from the task view instead of a full edit of the task.
Overall workflows are quick and easy to pick up, but there's always room for efficiency's and the team at TG is quick to integrate ideas that benefit everyone!

Easy to use and great service!
I've had an overall great experience with teamgate. They are always very responsible when I have any questions and there's fast turnover when I need a feature or something added.

I think some of the export features can be tricky to pull but you are able to see all the information in insights or the dashboard.

A Good Sales Management Solution, Teamgate
Vorteile
We were able to monitor and keep control of incoming leads and sales meetings. Production process was thorough because of the document collection and customer data.

A great balance between price and quality
Vorteile
I believe that some of the key features are really well crafted - that's lead module, sales pipeline and insights. Everything else for us is just a nice extra. Since we provide marketing services for our customers, it's great to have all potential clients as leads, to set and see the next actions with them and then, when converting into deals, seeing how they go through different stages of the sales pipeline. Actually, that's one of the biggest pros of Teamgate - that they have this as a default for professional plan, while quite a lot of other CRMs keep multiple pipelines feature in their most expensive plan, which makes no sense for us. That's why I'd say that price and quality wise Teamgate is an outstanding choice.
Nachteile
When going to the meetings with potential customers, it would be great to have a CRM in your pocket as a mobile app. Teamgate do have a mobile app, however, I find it a bit of lacking of functionality sometimes. I'd say it's mostly for viewing information, not for entering it. Something similar to an iPad in this case

Possibly the best insights I've ever seen!
What I love most about Teamgate is the simplicity of the Dashboard. There are so many CRM/Sales tool products available out there, but I've found a lot of them have what I call "Feature Overload". Teamgate is ingenius in the way that it gives us exactly what we need, and drops all the non-essential features that rarely add value. The insights are second to none, giving us instant access to key metrics that support our aggressive business growth. Highly recommend for sales teams of 15 and above who have a strong desire to go beyond the sales target!

Would be nice to have better integration with marketing tools. However, we're currently adopting a work around making use of the Zapier integration. Not ideal, but worth having in place.

Teamgate is really fun to use, a lot of advanced features. But the best part is, even though they have a lot of cool stuff that helps, they make everything simple and easy to use.

The application offers a simple and clean interface and allows easy navigation. The task management is very flexible. It forecasts sales using results from insights. The application is rich in features and you get all features in a very affordable range. It is integrated with a two-way exchange calendar. The support and customer service team are very responsive, they are available round the clock. The dashboard is indeed very simple, they have included all the essential and required features leaving aside the unimportant ones. The application helps you in increasing the frequency of interactions with your leads at ease. Helps in the sales and contacts management. It helps you generate reports, statistics, and results.
Nachteile
Require more tools for project management. It is difficult to change the filters of the dashboard. The absence of a mobile application.

best customer service to date
I am looking for a CRM with very, very specific requirements, and have used/trialed many over the last two years. While Teamgate wasn't the best suited for my particular - and quite unique - needs (I still haven't found the "perfect fit" and realise I probably won't), I do feel they deserve a review. First, the customer service was exceptional, well above anything experienced. Second, the interface was very user friendly, and flexible. For a sales team looking for a great CRM to follow up leads, convert to customers, and track progress, Teamgate is worth a look. Good value for money compared to competitors. Support was simply awesome.

Amber and the TeamGate customer service team have been top notch in helping us sift through the myriad of CRM tools available on the market. One of the biggest selling points for us is that the software is currently on build 20+. This shows that they have the attention to detail and drive to listen and react to their customer base and it shows. We have been extremely pleased with both the support and functionality. They are quick to let you know that they are not the perfect solution for all industries, but that they will do everything in their power to make their software the perfect fit for your individual needs. Very impressed and looking forward to continuing the relationship.

Best CRM that I have used
I have been very impressed with TeamGate and the support network behind it.
Vorteile
It has been super simple to integrate. I transferred data from my old CRM to TeamGate over the course of a few days. Plus the near instant customer support, it was basically impossible to make any operational errors.

Nachteile
None that I can think of but Other CRM solutions that offer more cutting-edge capabilities or more affordable options may need to be considered by businesses with particularly unique or complex demands, as well as those with limited finances or technical resources.

I am happy with Teamgate o would recommend this to anyone setting up a business, also this is all the CRM you would need to set up with, Very Good Product.

We made the daunting decision to switch to Teamgate from Salesforce and haven't looked back. The best part so far is the in-depth assistance from their team. This has included a seamless onboarding as well as an in-depth analysis of our current sales processes and recommendations on how to improve and implement sales best practices. We haven't looked back.

Effortless sales pipeline management
The Teamgate team has been really helpful with transitioning to a better CRM/Sales pipeline management solution. It is a breath of fresh air to have confidence in a tool that I know will be consistently reliable and help us easily manage our sales pipe.
Vorteile
Having used PipeDrive for a number of years I had pretty much become accustomed to all their annoyances with ease of use and the frequent downtime where it was unusable. The Teamgate team quickly addressed every single issue that I had with my past CRM and I got set up very smoothly. I much prefer Teamgate's customisable card-based UI where the most vital information is clearly displayed at a glance (next follow-up task set, contact details & category). This makes it so much more efficient to manage my sales pipeline. Also happy for the highly available support team there if I need it.
Nachteile
Bit of a learning curve with the data import process and integrating Gmail through the support team gave me all the help I needed so this really is a small nitpick just for the sake of thinking of a con.

Beautiful CRM for SaaS
The team has been great and helped us establish a methodology to sales (so pipe stages mean something). Consistency = sales velocity, and for us this tool does a far better job of keeping us executing what we know works (but we don't always do) than Pipedrive did.
Vorteile
This like Pipedrive (before they got bought and turned into some Frankenstein's monster that gouges on price) but better. The Xero/Quickbooks integration makes it really easy to handle renewals and closed won (have they paid yet? When did they pay), while the inbuilt SMS capability gives you access to email and SMS out of the box for lead management - SMS is the most opened communication channel in the world. Finally, dashboard insights actually help see what's going on. I feel like I have more control now and can fix conversion rate blockages with process experiments, or see who isn't performing and take action.
Nachteile
Setting up Gmail is a bit more involved than other platforms, but nothing a bit of Googling can't solve (setting the IMAP correctly).

Teamgate - Your augmented sales team
Started using Teamgate 6-7 months back. Love the product and cannot imagine my sales process without it. Consequently, added Teamgate to our second portfolio company that has slightly different requirements but still works perfectly.
Vorteile
Clean and intuitive UI, quick and effective responses to support requests, allows useful customizations, great analytics, powerful when used with the allowed integrations and zapier. Also, they have an awesome onboarding process and documentation. I love how they are always willing to listen to the customer, enquiring about the user experience, and act on the feedback. I’ve seen the product improve even during the time I’ve been using including my own suggestions getting implemented (for example, improved emailing experience). The team even helped me out with zapier integrations one time that was not a core Teamgate issue.
Nachteile
Experienced brief downtimes (~5 mins) on one or two occasions in the initial days (but not recently). I guess it’s handled.

This platform is easy to use, it has a free version and an affordable price for small and medium-sized companies that are developing, it offers us various collaboration tools and it has a self-service portal, a communications panel and therefore no there are functions that our organization dislikes.

Ease of use. It can be as complicated as you need it to be or as simple as you want it as well. Pricing doesn't hurt either.

Fantastic for sales management!!
Very good solution! We are able to onboard a user within half a day becuase of the easy layout and segmentation.
Vorteile
The ease of use is extremely important here at FiveCRM. Teamgate does this excellently. The dashboard is very comprehensive and we all know where we are month-to-month/quarter-to-quarter.
Nachteile
I am sure there will be other integrations needed at some point but we are very happy with Teamgate currently. It has become a business critical tool for the business, especially our sales department.

Teamgate has so many benefits for our team, that it truly is hard to pinpoint what is there to like most. If the fate of the universe was on the line, and I had to choose one, I would go with the analytics and the forecasting. It truly gives us a 360 view of our sales performance and allows us to focus on areas of improvement
Nachteile
There really is not much to dislike about the software. If I were to nitpick, it would be an easier way to integrate with their VoIP, Twilio. In all fairness though, twilio is just a pain in the butt

Easy to start; nice visual interface

This was extremely easy to use! When we just started, I uploaded most of my contacts and leads, and started to explore what can Teamgate do for me. I'm not very tech savvy but it wasn't hard to find what to do with all the data, how to create new tasks and set reminders for the follow-ups. Calendar is really clear and visual, easy to get an idea who's working on what. And sales pipeline with drag&drop is very intuitive, you just click on a deal, drag it to a stage you want and that's it. A tip: fill in the lost reasons early, so then after working for some months, you will get an idea why are you losing deals and can think of a plan how to improve this area. It's the first CRM I used and I love it so far
Nachteile
I feel that there can be more automated tasks or so-called workflows, but for this I use Zapier integration, which covers this part pretty well. Not a big problem at all.

Intuitive, effective, and flexible
Smooth, supportive, and efficient! They are a great team who are always looking for ways to improve!

The out-of-the-box reporting and analytics is incredible. I virtually did no set up and the reports were working as the team onboarded. The support documentation is extensive and self explanatory. The support team were always on hand if we needed hands on training and helps with set ups.
Nachteile
Some areas around importing and manipulating the information could be improved. Although Teamgate support team make all of this easy and were assisted immensely during this process

Use Teamgate if you want to save time in daily activities

I like task management features in Teamgate CRM. My team and I can see what everyone's up to. Also, Agenda is great to check what's going on for you every day. We often set meetings and tasks for each other so it is crucial for us to see others' calendar and when they're free. This work really well. Pipeline is also extremely easy to use, you can make quite a lot of insights just by looking what's happening on every stage. Might upgrade to Enterprise when we will be bigger.
Nachteile
Missing an integration with project management tool like Asana or Monday. However, I’m pretty happy about the opportunities using Zapier integration - you can automate a lot of manual work

Great sales CRM for day-today business use
Overall experience with Teammate has been extremely positive.
Vorteile
Teammate allows for the management of leads to be done in the most efficient way possible. Email integration, task management, and lead history being all in one place facilitates a smooth transition when going through leads. Zapier and Intercom integrations allows for the targeting of hot leads in a quick and timely manner. Sales pipelines are extremely easy to follow and gives a transparent view to all team members.
Nachteile
There is no current issues/want/needs/improvements for the software that comes to mind.

If you are starting your business and need a CRM tool, this is the CRM to scale with.

Teamgate is a simple and easy-to-use CRM. I love using Zapier and Teamgate works great with it.

I use Apple products so an iOS app would be great!

One of the best CRM we had so far
Vorteile
Teamgate has really strong lead management - it's visual and simple, you see a lot of information on the main screen, and if you nened some more details, you can just dig deeper into the lead's card. Lead scoring works without any flaws but it's important to set up your values first. Our team uses calendar a lot and this helps us to see how busy we are and allocate our free time. Agenda is a wonderful feature too, every day I start with looking my day's plan and this is a great tool for that. Since we use Professional plan, dashboard is vital for keeping track of what's going on in the company.
Nachteile
You cannot customize the dashboard but I still see pretty much everything I need there, so not a huge problem. It just would be great if I can rearrange the tabs, that's it.

Not a perfect CRM but really close
Vorteile
We had quite a lot of different CRMs in the past but kinda stopped looking after we found Teamgate. I felt we used to overpay with the other tools, and it stopped with them - we use Enterprise plan and we get the whole range of features for this kind of money. All other CRMs with all these integrations and functionality is way more expensive (I'd say from $20 to $100 more). We have a few products so it's great that Teamgate offers multiple sales pipelines, so we can setup different sales processes in each of them. Also, the insights are just great, pretty easy to find everything we need; You can get reports or export files in just a matter of second and a few clicks. That's what we needed.
Nachteile
I miss better email integration (let's say 2-way sync), but the one they have also does the job. However, our customer success manager helped us to set it up and we never had any problems with it.

This software helps me to keep contacts and customers follow-ups as organized as possible. It helps me to create meeting reminders and notes, so I don't have to resort to other software for this and I can centralize as much information as possible within the same software.
Nachteile
Sometimes I need to create sub companies within one company, and this is not possible. Teamgate should make live tutorials to learn more about the software.
