Yext makes location set up EASY!
We used to spend a lot of time trying to register our locations but Yext saves us hours of work and does a great job monitoring ask of those sites as well!

I use YEXT to build new business citations & directory listings. I can update 70 directories...
Vorteile
Easy to add copy, photos, videos, and special offers for each business location. Easy to update 34 locations at once across 70 directories.
Nachteile
Figuring out where the templates are stored. Difficult learning how to apply template changes to all locations in the beginning.

Get Your Listings Done
Good service that gets you what you need if you're a local business.
Vorteile
This was the easiest way I've found to get my local listings cleaned up and properly managed. Click-a-button-simplicity.
Nachteile
They try to sell you on just about everything they can think of...Don't have a kitchen sink? They'll sell you one! Need a one page website? We have that!

I learned this software to easily update customer listings across multiple platforms.
I got a cool sweatshirt for being certified in the software.
Vorteile
I love that I can update my information once, and it will update my many listings. This is the #1 draw of your software.

Makes listings easy
accurate local listings
Vorteile
If you don't want to spend a ton of time manually claiming and keeping track of your local listings, Yext is for you. Support is very helpful during setup phase and the interface of the tool is very easy to use.
Nachteile
I think the cost is a little high. However, I can see why. There aren't a lot of tools out there like Yext.

Great software that saves a lot of time on a task that is oddly difficult
Yext does a great job correcting information for companies that is normally a painstaking task because of having to create accounts, verify identities etc. With the new tie in to Google My Business, it really makes monitoring and info management incredibly easy. I do wish that the analytics it provided were better, though.

Easiest way to manage your listings
Overall experience has been positive , the tool works at advertise and it makes sure you have accurate representation online
Vorteile
Yext takes care of maintaining your listings accurate for customers to see
Nachteile
Yext will create listings for you if you are missing an important listing , but i will do it for every single platform

Seamless
Great.
Vorteile
The YEXT dashboard is very easy to navigate. I like how quick everything was published upon signing up with YEXT, and furthermore, the analytics is easy to read, export and analyze.
Nachteile
I think that the price is a bit high, however, the features you get on the the star-up plan are worth it.

Good to See Reviews, but needs to add more sites
Vorteile
I like how you can use this one tool to update most of your review site listings to stay consistent, and get updates when you have new reviews on those sites.
Nachteile
They need to add more sites here for B2B companies (like Capterra!) to be able to get notifications on those review sites as well.

Good idea needs work
Yext just needs some more work with this it is difficult to use and confusing to navigate there are many other programs much easier.
