Mentorship for a Winning Culture
As the administrator, I am happy to have a platform that can be customized. The customer service of the Qooper team is quite superior. The account leaders have been great thought partners in helping to design and grow our program.
Vorteile
Customization and automation of the content. The email pushes help everyone see the content and connect back to Qooper.
Creating groups is a feature that works well especially to engage group coaching or Employee Resource Groups, or level-specific learning like high-potential, or new managers.
Nachteile
Scheduling meetings inside Qooper is an extra step. It's much easier to use our existng email system to schedule time with someone.

I took the assessment tests and I was surprised at how accurate and thorough they were. It put a lot for me, into perspective in the person I am and where I want to be moving forward.

Qoopers platform design is comprehensive. Its a very robust offering that provides fantastic support for the roles involved in a Mentor and Mentee partnership. The dashboard views for each Role's profile was a very helpful focused means of driving actions to ensuring active engagement and commitments were being upheld.

Productive Application Software Mentoring Mentees
Shifting from the original platform and software with PCV to Qooper has been different in relating to clients who have yet to get used to being able to work with mentor advisors. Making sure the Google Meeting resource works in the login area.

Qooper is a newer platform with a similar format as the former platform of Pacific Community Ventures. The design is different, but the quality of use remains present. What I like most is the ability for clients and potential clients to reply and set up functional meetings relating to important concerns and accomplishments.

I have been using this program for the last 3 years through Cox for both my book club and my mentoring. I use the app more then I use the website as it just makes it easy to have it on my phone and easy to look at!

Qooper has a strong skill matching feature that gives you a good lead towards profile that you might be interested in to collaborate with.
It gives you a kick start in your mentorship program.

The matching feature isn't customizabl for users who are not admin. For e.g., it restricts you with zone/region to connect with profiles around.
It should be customizable for user, may be adding a filter feature for search could come out very useful.

Great experience. Appreciated the administrator's reminders of the "next steps" in the mentoring calendar.

Using Qooper for Mentoring Program
I really like the very clean design with plenty of white space. I use Qooper on a very limited basis, accessing it only 1-3 times/month. We already have other calendaring tools so it's not really useful for any info to be displayed here (but if it somehow tied into my Outlook or Teams calendar, that would be a useful feature.

One place to go for all the info and comms about our Mentoring Program. I only really need to access it once/month. I like the About, Discussion, Learning and Meeting/Events options on the left. I like the Upvote feature. the Learning tab at the top was useful in finding videos I could watch

We already have many calendaring systems so this wasn't used much. The About page didn't really tell me much about group

Qooper gave me and my mentor a structure for my development plan
If i were to rate my Qooper experience out of 10 i would give it a 10. Both me and my mentor were able to discuss things we would have maybe forgotten and we were able to set structured logical plan for my development. Lastly, with Qooper i was able to meet my mentor who has been key part to my development so far, and has really made the effort to engage with me.

What i enjoyed most about qooper was the ability to structure my development with my mentor, this allowed us to identify all the aspects that were needed to develop my leadership. These included things such as time management and diversity within a team. These were all important aspects in being in management which is a position i am to be in within the next 18 months.
Nachteile
Overall i think Qooper is great platform for its intended use. The only criticism i have is the websites appearance. I feel that the tiles and logos could be larger and maybe more interactive with some colour. This would make it feel more engaging and not come across dull.

I would highly recommend Qooper to anyone. We switched from another platform earlier this year and the quality difference is incredible!

Great experience. Our Implementation specialist, [sensitive content hidden] has been absolutely amazing. She is super responsive and always willing to help. She made the implementation a breeze and continues to check in with us to make sure things are going well. On top of having a great point of contact, the system has everything you need to implement a mentorship program. If you are a small team trying to get a program off the ground, this is a great solution.

Easy to implement. Easy to use. Easy to learn as an administrator. Straightforward user interface for mentors and mentees. You can modify things specific to your company and program but honestly, most of it is set up in a way that would likely need minimal adjustments.
Nachteile
Once a mentor and mentee are matched...regardless if they continue or end their relationship mid program, the system will still send out meeting reminders. I know Qooper is working on solving this so I don't expect this to be a problem long-term.

Qooper has been easy to use and follow. The UI is clear and the tabs to use are clearly laid out. It was nice that some of the profile was prefilled from Workday, and it is also extremely helpful that Qooper can be linked to Outlook in order to keep track of all the emails. It is also cool to see that Qooper can provide recommended matches with mentors.

Excellent. We are currently expanding the numbers being able to access it.

It has allowed us to create a comprehensive training platform for an important memebrship audience. The mentoring facility is incredibly important to this audience as many are working alone in their clinics.

Some of the navigation could use work- i.e. seeing availability or schedules of others when attempting to schedule a meeting, adding a poll, etc.

Thank you, we will inform your admin to enable the 2 way calendar integration to pull availabilities, recommend overlapping times and when the meeting is scheduled, automatically put it on your Outlook/Google calendar along with video call link if virtual.

It's Been a Great Ride!
It's been great. I love how I can schedule meetings directly from Qooper because my outlook calendar syncs perfectly.
Vorteile
I like the accessibility and how easy it is to navigate.

I don't like that I can't see who sent me a chat. I have to check each advisor to see who sent me a chat.
