1. Very user-friendly as most users were able to start using the tool with 2-3 weeks of training.
2. The overall cost of implementation is less and we have used it to automate and implement automation for many internal processes.

The Cloud version of this tool is not available.

The software is very easy to use and can be mastered within a month. The Customer care is responsive and proficient in understanding your doubts.

Nachteile

The blog or the online developers community posts are very old and need to be updated by the professionals. Online community must be strengthened. System dependencies should be mentioned and easily available to the new developers.

I have been assessing Automation Anywhere in order to automate the processes in my organization. I really like the IQ Bot feature as we receive a lot of printed documents and we have to manually enter them into the systems. With IQ Bot, it's only a matter of scanning the document.

Nachteile

Even though IQ Bot can extract data from scanned copies, it's only capable in doing so for the system generated clear ones. The documents which are hand written cannot be read even if the text is clear. It will be great if this can also be included in future.

It really takes very less time to develop a bot and deploy it in production. Concept of Metabot helps to extend the already feature rich AA to extend beyond limitless boundary. IQBot concept is very much essential for the current trend and I'm happy to see a product with all these capabilities with real ease of development and quick time to market.

You can easily understand how your automation it's organized. The "Action List" is a little better view of how your automation works and how it's programmed.

However there is not much cons about the software, but only one thing. Only one month trial version is available. It would be good if 3 months of trial version will be available so that people can practice more.

The platform, the architecture, the scalable nature of the platform. The forward looking capability to incorporate and integrate facets of AI, ML and NLP directly as an offering.

The fact that it requires a lot of computing power to get started. I personally believe that there could be potential for a smaller / starter version without the infrastructure management hassles that could help developers just focus on developing for business cases rather than spending time on sizing and setting up the infrastructure required.

As I have used it for OCR in forms. The reports and the way it segments the columns at the same place is better than any other software. The accuracy of the software is good.

I think they should integrate machine learning while creating a path flow also. So that they can use it as a human. For example, if want to hover e-commerce website it should browse like a human with some error and accuracy. They should more focus more on building accurate OCR engine.

I like the overall tool and the way its components have been designed. Its a good and efficient way to have sub components for each task. The task bot is user friendly, and meta bot is something that can be learnt very easily. The university provided courses are helpful and informative.

I did not like the IQBOT. According to me, it should BE more confirgurable.
