Automation Anywhere is one of the best tools to create and deploy robot. It has n number of activities which helps the development of the robot easy. Automation anywhere is developer-friendly. Python can be integrated easily.

Nachteile

Difficult to automate in a virtual environment. Surface automation helps but needs improvement.

The UI makes it really easy to quickly build bots, and provides an adequate amount of features to build robust code. The integration of VBscripts and Javascript functions further increase the usability of this application.

Nachteile

While live support is great, the documentation on the software is lacking. We have found many instances of commands working in ways we didn’t know that they could, purely because all of the features are not publicly documented on the site.

Just everything that i need. AA is an incredible tool with all the features and it is simple to learn. The Task editor is simple and easy to understand and not to forget the workflow designer. Love you guys, for building a great RPA tool.

Unlike other RPA platforms you truly do not need to have a development background to quickly become a productive RPA developer. A process oriented - tech savvy individual with no programming experience (read analyst) can put out low complexity processes shortly after training. Usually there is a significant trade-off but that is minimal. Thier bot store has lots of free components which make the platform very extensible.

There are areas of the documentation that could use some improvement in terms of the esoteric elements of some features and some of the lesser used functions.

The functionalities are limited - Ex: Excel as of now has only 10 commands. The product would be great if these functions can be increased or added.

I like the IQ Bot feature, as it helps to answer one of the biggest pain points of the customers when automating their processes. compared to the OCR ICR tools I have come across with, IQ Bot is easy to use and more accurate.

The UI of the software can be improved. Especially when the processes are complex, it can sometimes be difficult to scroll within the script due to space limitations.

The time it takes to execute any process is remarkable, only 1 or 2 contemporaries are near to this time. Must mention about the support team who are swift and knowledgeable.

Citrix recording should have been bit better. Was disappointed with the partnership engagement team who literally took 6 months to revert to my request.

There are basically no downsides. Maybe it could be better off with some kind of advanced AI support (although IQ bot is pretty decent).

The AAE software is very user friendly, flexible, easy to use, compatible and secure.
The feature I like the most about the software is the OCR command which is very reliable and can be used for implementing different business process.
Metabot is also a very valuable feature which is very helpful.
There are some out of the box features like app integration, drag and drop feature etc.

The object cloning command sometimes does not works well.
The UI can be improved.
Some formats like JSON is not supported.

Of all the tools we have considered Automation Anywhere for sure is the easiest to adapt and use. Our team - not all super tech savvy people are quickly becoming capable with designing bots and creating efficiency. Many of the tools we have surveyed do good things - but are not easy to learn if you aren't a programmer by training.

The challenge is that once the word is out that we can create the positive functional changes in everyday process - then everyone wants to get on board and the projects start lining up. That's a good problem to have.

AA has really helped me automate mundane processes with utmost accuracy and speed. The metabots and IQ Bot are the best. Metabots helped me to easily divide the processes and integrate them easily with the taskbots.

It would be good if there was a search option for workflow commands. I tried accessing the features of IQ Bot but my efforts were in vain as I was using the trial version. It would be better if all the features of IQ Bot be provided even to the users using a trial version. This certainly makes way to purchase the product too.
