> **Vorteile**: The system has improved greatly in support for school management on the whole. Attendance, family information, individual grades, and emailing have become simpler, although email can still be confusing. The gradebook is fairly clear and easy for students and families to access quickly, connecting parents, teachers, and students.

> **Nachteile**: As an academic coach/academic support teacher, I have to pull grades repeatedly to see trends for individuals and for each grade-level overall. There are currently very few ways to pull this information quickly in one place, adding numerous steps and utilization of data recording outside of Renweb, which is not ideal for security or efficient access to data that is needed to build better support for students. Even though the kids I work with in my role are not considered sped students, these issues would also create barriers for schools trying to support those students as well. I would love to see better viewing security rights built, and easier access to gradebook scores and trends across multiple grade-levels through reports.

> Overall, it has been fairly simple to navigate and has been less of a learning curve than other SIS I have used. It has been built well for office, administration, and advisors to build what they need and mostly supports easy use for teachers. I would love to see new permissions and report/viewing options to better support those whose role is to provide support in addition to what classroom teachers can provide. If this gap can be filled, I would easily say this is the most effective SIS available and would be quick to recommend it to any school.

> **Vorteile**: It has a lot of areas to store information, and options to hide information from certain staff. The admissions feature is very helpful to use to gather information about returning/new students.

> **Nachteile**: There are frequent, almost daily, glitches and bugs in the system. Many times staff and families cannot log in to see information, which causes a safety issue when we rely on the information. Also, certain poor designs are greeted with a "maybe one day, or never" responses when we bring up concerns. Some concerns only require a simple or quick fix, but FACTS is unwilling to make any updated without months to years of deliberation.

> It has worked for the most part for our needs, but it has way too many issues and glitches to be worth the money for a new school. Unfortunately, since this is the only program we have, and it would be way too much work to transfer all information and relearn a new program, we are stuck with it. We would actually enjoy the program if they listened to their customers and made changes quickly to improve the experience vs shoving the issue into a drawer to revisit in 2 years.

> **Vorteile**: FACTS is a comprehensive school management system that has overall functioned well to meet the needs of our preschool-12th grade school. From housing our SIS, facilitating our admissions and enrollment, managing our tuition plans and assistance awards, and serving as a communication hub with an outstanding custom family app, FACTS is the go-to solution for many ACSI schools. Many features are intuitive for the user, and the support we receive from our account manager is outstanding.

> **Nachteile**: The roadmap for system updates is not clearly communicated to customers and the way in which updates are prioritized has recently been geared toward the parent user experience, rather than the experience of the customer (school) users who work in the system daily. There have been significant issues with the implementation and rollout of Multi-Factor Authentication which have been frustrating, to say the least.

> Overall, FACTS has been a comprehensive solution that mostly meets our needs. There are shortcomings in a few areas but for the price I have not found a comparable one-stop solution.

> **Vorteile**: There is so much built into the FACTS system. It can feel like a lot at first, but if you really take the time to learn it, it can be a tremendous addition to a school. There are so many tools available, and once you understand how they work together, it really helps streamline daily tasks.&#10;&#10;Customer support is always available and ready to help when something comes up. I also appreciate that they regularly ask for feedback from the people who actually use the system. They’re constantly adding new and useful features, which shows they’re trying to improve and meet schools’ needs.

> **Nachteile**: The communications/email system still feels a little antiquated. It can be challenging to create polished emails, especially when adding documents with graphics or logos. It has definitely improved over the years, but it’s still not quite where I feel it should be compared to other communication platforms.

> I’ve used FACTS for over 17 years, and I really love what it offers schools. I’ve seen it grow and improve in meaningful ways, and it’s become an essential part of our daily operations. Customer support has always been great, and overall, I’ve had a very positive experience.
