As a CNA, I think Matrix is great. It's easy to chart on a patient using a kiosk on the floor, on a desktop computer, or by using an IPad. You can view the electronic health record easily for each patient. The accessibility of this system is an amazing feature as well. The IE browser can be utilized from virtually anywhere, making this charting system easy to use with automatic updates being done seamlessly. The report function is AMAZING also\! This feature allows you to customize reports and if needed, export to Microsoft Excel. The report feature also allows you to customize and save your report as your own. This is such a time-saving bonus\! Their billing software is great also, allowing for daily billing to be completed with ease.
