ClickUp ist ein cloudbasiertes Tool für Kollaboration und Projektmanagement, das sich für Unternehmen aller Größen und Branchen eignet. Zu den Funktionen gehören Kommunikations- und Kollaborationstools, Aufgabenzuweisungen und -status, Warnungen und eine Task-Symbolleiste.
Nutzer können bestimmten Teammitgliedern oder Gruppen von Teammitgliedern Kommentare und Aufgaben zuweisen. Kommentare und Aufgaben können als erledigt oder in Bearbeitung markiert werden oder Nutzer können nutzerdefinierte Status erstellen. Projekte können von einem Agile-Dashboard aus angezeigt oder nach beauftragter Person organisiert werden. Der Aktivitätsstream zeigt Aufgaben an, während sie in Echtzeit erstellt und abgeschlossen werden.
Nutzer können Benachrichtigungen konfigurieren, die nur für bestimmte Elemente gesendet werden sollen. Die Erwähnungsfunktion benachrichtigt die Nutzer, wenn ein anderes Teammitglied sie in einer Diskussion nennt, und Kommentare können nach der Veröffentlichung bearbeitet werden. Integrationen umfassen Slack und GitHub.

Nachteile
Ich habe keine Nachteile bemerkt bis auf die Preis für kleine Unternehmen finde ich es etwa hoch. Aber trotzdem ClickUp bietet also viele Funktion, die richtig gut Geld kostet. Sonst finde ich alles andere top

Finger weg!
Typisches, amerikanisches Startup. Hauptsache lärm und Investorengelder, ob das Produkt dauerhaft für ernsthaftes Projektmanagement nutzbar ist, ist den Anführern bei ClickUp absolut egal.

* alle Features sind halbgar oder werden ständig ohne Ankündigung verändert, hinzugefügt, entfernt
* ständige, massive Performance-Probleme
* alte Bugs kommen immer wieder, aber ClickUp ist das komplett egal
** sie beheben es, nach einer Woche ist wieder alles kaputt oder es bricht an anderer Stelle erneut auseinander
* Tasks, Dokumente und Updates daran verschwinden teilweise willkürlich oder werden nicht gespeichert!
* Nicht DSGVO-konform und keine Möglichkeit dazu, da Server nur in den USA stehen

Sehr gute All-In-One Platform für den alltäglichen Job
Ein sehr durchdachtes und überragendes Konzept. Ein Programm was Ich nicht missen möchte.
Vorteile
Die einfache Erstellung von mehreren Projekten und Zuteilungen der Mitarbeiter. Die Möglichkeit Automationen zu erstellen die viel Zeit sparen.
Nachteile
Meiner Meinung nach fehlt eine einfachere Chat Funktionen wie bei einem Messenger wo man auch mal sein Kollege anschreiben kann etc.

Ideales Terminplanungstool
Tolles Tool, was für den Privatgebrauch und ebenso für kleinere oder mittelgroße Unternehmen ebenfalls alles Wichtige bieten kann. Man kann es sogar als Adressbuch oder zur Verwaltung von Kundenbenutzen. Ich kann es wirklich nur jedem Empfehlen. Wer auf der Suche nach einem solchen Tool ist, der sollte sich ClickUp definitiv mal näher anschauen.
Vorteile
ClickUp ist für mich eine sehr hochwertige und intuitive Software, in der man sich sehr schnell zurechtfindet. Ich nutze es vor allem zur Planung privater Projekte und Termine. Nach kurzer Einarbeitung findet man sich schnell zurecht und dann entwickelt Clickup auch sein volles Potenzial. Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was man damit nicht machen kann.
Nachteile
Für mich als Privatnutzer ist die Preisstruktur nicht ideal, aber man muss fairerweise sagen, dass Clickup extrem gut weiterentwickelt wird und das muss natürlich auch bezahlt werden.

ClickUp lockt mit falschen Versprechungen und schert sich nicht um Kundenzufriedenheit
Clickup ist unseriös, Jira ist die bessere Wahl. Wir wünschten dass wir bei Jira geblieben wären. Ich kann nur vor Clickup warnen!
Vorteile
Das mit „let’s make a deal“ in Aussicht gestellte Angebot, da wir ein startup sind. Leider hab’s das nie. Ist nur unlauteres Lockmittel bzw. betrug.
Nachteile
Onboarding hat Wochen gedauert da sich trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage keine mit dem Angebot meldete. Hat schwere Verzögerungen verursacht bei uns.

Mühelose Überblick!

Ich habe einen guten Überblick über meine täglichen Aufgaben und erhalte auch Erinnerungs-E-Mails. Es war für mich sehr effektiv, dass ich alle meine Aufgaben als Liste, aber auch in einem Kalender sehen kann. Ich kann mühelos die Fortschritte meines Teams bei den Projekten verfolgen.
Nachteile
Das Tool war anfangs verwirrend und schwer zu navigieren. Ich brauchte einige Zeit, um mich daran zu gewöhnen.

Fantastisch.
Vorteile
Wir kommen von Jira, was am Ende ein zugebautes, langsames Desaster war. ClickUp ist vergleichsweise (auch generell gesehen) sehr flink und es wird ständig weiter optimiert.
Wir sind fasziniert wie sehr das ClickUp-Team Tempo macht, auf Wünsche reagiert, Hilfestellung beim Import gibt.
Die Struktur ist super flexibel, alles ist modern und übersichtlich gestaltet, wir arbeiten schon nach kurzer Zeit erheblich effizienter als in Jira.
Zusammengefasst: Jetzt schon genial und jede Woche kommen neue fantastische Funktionen hinzu. Schwer begeistert.
Nachteile
Die Docs in Clickup können mit Atlassians Confluence noch nicht mithalten, aber auch daran wird stetig gearbeitet.

Alles! Eine tolle Zeitersparnis und tolles Projektmanagement ist hiermit möglich. Vorallem kann ich arbeiten wie ich es möchte. Es ist schön beim Aufbau dabei zu sein!
Nachteile
Gerne würde ich ein Feature vorschlagen. Eine bessere Filtermethode für Listen:
Liste 1 hat Filter1 (1 & 2 & 3) || (5 & 6 & 7)
weiterhin wäre schön den Inhalt per E-Mail senden zu können. Zum Beispiel: "Weekly Doings"

Great platform - if it fits your budget
Vorteile
Clickup is a great tool for those looking to track projects, tasks and collaborate with other members of the team. My position is a lot of projects that include all types of creative work. Clickup allows me to track the progress of each project and keep writing in the same place. It also allows me to collaborate with other team members and keep track of upcoming tasks/projects.
I also love that I'm able to access other workspaces from the same space. This allows me to use Clickup for personal tasks/projects as well but keep them separate so my coworkers can't see them or access them.
Nachteile
I wish Clickup had a more substantial, and permanent, nonprofit discount. Our nonprofit is relatively small with limited space in the budget. Clickup's discount for nonprofits is small and only applies to the first year. That is a major barrier for adoption.

My team is now more productive.
I have developed better communication with my team within my company, collaboration is now more effective between team members, which increases productivity and we are more efficient with the projects we develop. We have considerably reduced the delays that were generated when managing projects manually with traditional communication channels and Excel spreadsheets, now everything is more practical and automated. Monitoring the progress of projects has never been so easy, with this platform I can manage multiple projects without feeling overwhelmed or delaying them that generate cost overruns and failure to meet deadlines, everything is simpler when it comes to using this tool.
ClickUp simplifies my workflow and the customization it has allows my team and I to have better control over both the order and priority of each specific project and task, in addition, the wide range of integrations that this platform has with another was the definitive decision to choose ClickUp since it made it much easier for us to integrate data without the need to manually transfer what we needed. This tool has been the best in terms of cost/benefit, being an important part of my company's growth.
Vorteile
Task management is very customizable, allowing me to manage projects and keep track of them by adapting them to the priorities of the tasks I want to complete in less time. I can also set deadlines for each task and project, and team collaboration is very flexible and clear, as there are no confusions when executing them.
It also has multiple templates for different ways of managing a project, which makes it easier for me to have different perspectives on tracking deadlines for different projects. The integrations are what made me choose this platform the most, as the library of platforms that can be connected to ClickUp is incredibly extensive. I don't need to take extra steps to be able to synchronize data from different platforms. This allows me to work more efficiently on my projects without having to waste time trying to configure an application and get it to work correctly.
Another positive point is that ClickUp is available on different operating systems, including on the web if you don't want to download anything. For my company, this is necessary because it doesn't limit the user to using a specific operating system. I can even include ClickUp on my Apple Watch, which keeps me informed about the status of projects and the completion of their tasks.
Nachteile
Its interface is clean and practical but it can be difficult to configure at first, the implementation requires a bit of learning if compared to other project management platforms, especially due to the number of options that ClickUp has. I would like each project to have a personalized configuration for the notifications received, since it can be overwhelming to receive a lot of unnecessary notifications, this would allow me to prioritize notifications to certain projects and tasks since not all of them have the same importance of being notified of everything that happens.
If you need to connect a platform to ClickUp, you will need knowledge to be able to connect the API and for it to be able to access the functions to be able to automate its processes, but I see this in very specific cases because practically the vast majority of platforms on the market can be connected to these tools with a couple of clicks.
The AI function is very clumsy, it does not work as well as it is presented, I prefer to do the automations myself and leave everything ready than for the AI of this platform to do it for me. Even with integrations, I can integrate another, much more polished AI platform that can do the specific tasks I require and simply not use ClickUp's AI.

Great tool for all businesses sizes & team needs
Overall, I've had a really good experience with ClickUp and am fully aware it has much more potential than I even realize. The templates selection is robust and covers many different needs. I am excited to use more of the software as my business expands.

ClickUp is one of the best tools on the market today. Their variety of templates available is incredible. My team and I use this tool for project management and CRM needs. They have a variety of plans to fit a variety of needs - from the free forever plan to a small teams plan priced at $7/user, a mid-size team plan priced at $12/user and an enterprise team plan. The available features on the free forever plan alone are incredible and include the ability to use unlimited tasks, have unlimited plan members, use whiteboards, enjoy real-time chat, and use many different views. Also included in the free forever plan is 24-7 support. I'm not aware of any other tool that has such a robust feature offering for a free plan. It's served my team and I very well with our PM & CRM needs at no additional cost. As a small business with a carefully managed budget, this tool has supported my business operations in such a healthy and productive manner. I highly recommend to businesses, from small to large.
Nachteile
ClickUp has a learning curve, like all software, that depends on the user's familiarity with similar software and ability to dedicate time to learn. The good thing with the templates though, is that they are marked with levels from beginner friendly to more advanced.

I absolutely love clickup. I can host all my spreadsheets for reports in ClickUp and do most of my work in ClickUp without jumping between so many different programs. I even created training manuals in ClickUp to train my team and for them to answer questions on their own

Whiteboards Make ClickUp Stand Out
Overall I have no complaints, and I am still using ClickUp for the whiteboard feature.
Vorteile
Two things I really like bout ClickUp. The first is their Timesheets. Entering your time is super easy, you can track whether your hours are billable or not, and there's even a way to track your hours with a timer. The second feature is the Whiteboard feature, which isn't available with any of the other products I have tested.
Nachteile
Unfortunately, I need to upgrade to a paid subscription to continue using the Timesheets feature, which is one of the main reasons for using ClickUp, and I can use a free version of other programs for time tracking.

Clikup the behemoth
Great now that I have used it for over a year, should make things a lot more simpler. I still feel giving so much functionality is gonna confuse a lot of users out there.

Well its a behemoth of an application and can have a lot of integrations in it. Automations and now with AI summaries makes getting tasks done easier.
Nachteile
Its just too big, when I started using it. I hated it like anything due to its sheer size (obviously a lot of teams in my company so a lot of boards). Getting used to was really difficult. Its super slow. Slow as in you can compare it to a tortoise.

In my experience, ClickUp will reduce your stress and help you focus
Overall, my use of ClickUp was very positive at the time I used it (in an Administrative and Executive role), and kept me on track with prioritizing tasks, projects, and reminders of important upcoming events. I used it daily for over a year, and it me keep track of everything I needed to do. I could definitely say that by using ClickUp, my stress in the role I was in was reduced, ultimately allowing me to focus and tackle large and complex projects ahead of schedule while managing ad-hoc tasks throughout the day/week.
Vorteile
When I first started using it, I would keep track of each and every task given to me in Clickup. This evolved from only a to-do list, to an agenda and company document and template library. I loved how easy it was to navigate, as a business alternative to Notion (which I was using for personal reasons) with similar features.
Nachteile
When I tried using Clickup more recently (within the past year), it seemed as though it was overloaded with new features that weren't there 2-3 years ago. It's very confusing for someone who was used to the previous ClickUp with less features (This might be the first time I've ever reviewed something poorly for having too many features).

Solid all in one product
Overall though, especially as a user I'm very happy with the product and it works the best out of all we have tried, especially also for the other non IT/Development departments that struggled with utilizing other solutions before

It is a fully fledged all in one solution for Product Development.
We use it from creating and tracking high level goals to individual projects and even our ticket system is here.
Added to that it has a robust set of supporting features like Documents, Graphs, and Video recording (for help videos etc.)
Nachteile
It can be unreliable, from just beeing very slow in general, to loading issues that keep cropping up where I can't edit Task descriptions because the field is just in a loading loop.
To a lesser degree for a user but for me as an admin:
Upselling, they are constantly trying to upsell you, from AI to courses to the business plus plan (which on their pricing page they don't even list, but they love gating little things behind)
Similiarly they love to tell you how easy it is to add a user in the middle of a month, but remove one and suddenly you have "an open seat" that you should quickly fill since you are already paying for it. Those and other examples just make the practices feel very money grabby and I'm kind of fearing them taking away features just to add into another extra premium fee.

You can do it all (almost) with ClickUp
Start small and build from there. We didn't dive all the way into all the features from the start, but after 1.5 years I can say it improved our operations immensely.

It's very customizable! You can turn it into anything you want it to be. Project management? Check. CRM? Check. Help desk? Done!

There's a bit of a learning curve. You have to take the time to learn the features and how they can serve you best.

It's the next level of project management
Extremely positive, it truly is an excellent product!
Vorteile
Coming from an Agile background, and many other methodologies before that, when we encountered ClickUp it really impressed us.
It's taken the best from these worlds and implemented a "best of class" user interface to deliver a very useful product.
Nachteile
1. Missing LINE UP from the mobile app
2. Ability to share lists/tasks between workspaces so we don't have to keep switching into the clients workspace and then back
3. Progress reports on the dashboard - things like "how many tasks were completed this week" - broken down by workspace/space/list - this would be very compelling and motivating for team members
4. Explaining how the user licenses work at the outset could be better - we almost got charged a hefty bill for people who weren't full users.

I use ClickUp daily for project tracking and management. Every week my team holds meetings using Click-up as a guide. I mainly use it to track the evolution of the projects I'm involved in, and to track and schedule tasks that I might forget otherwise.

Our experience with ClickUp has been a graceful and productive one. It has helped us to work better on our projects by allowing us to bring together and consolidate all our project resources. ClickUp allows unlimited customization which enabled us to have it setup in accordance with our needs. The automations in ClickUp made it easy for us to setup our projects and attend to the repetitive tasks.
Nachteile
There has never been anything wrong with ClickUp since the day we started using it. There lacks anything to dislike about it.

Great Project Management Tool for Remote Teams
We use ClickUp as a Marketing and Communications team at a large national non-profit. I love the way that as a large remote team we can manage projects easily. The platform is easy to on board new team members while also being very powerful for automation, views, integrations, and tracking.
Vorteile
We love that we can assign tasks, subtasks, comments, etc to team members and assign due dates with automated notifications via email. It has helped us work on large events to small campaigns. I especially like the UI/UX with the customizable columns for project statues. This helps us to keep our teams project language.
Nachteile
I wish it was easier to quickly view a project in different ways (calendar, list, columns ,etc.) This can be done but it doesn't feel intuitive to me how to switch between those views quickly.

I loved ClickUp's ability to simplify the collection of team tasks and consolidate them into one schedule. I loved the ease of reversing member updates and finding expected closing dates. ClickUp's organizational features are great, ensuring that attachments exchanged between members are transferred to the project file.
Nachteile
I have no negatives to consider with ClickUp. The design is elegant and access to all features and panels is easy. I appreciate its strictness in adhering to some formats in reports or dashboards as this ensures their formality.

Managing Tasks & Time
For personal use I think it's great to keep your productivity on track. The free plan gives you a generous amount of options to use but if you need more options for teams you'll have to upgrade.
Vorteile
This a one stop app for tasks, goals, mind maps documents the lot. Reminders and events can sync with everyone involved to ensure productivity stays high. Customer service was also pretty good.
Nachteile
Their A.I feature is at best mediocre with an additional fee per month. There isn't a feature to create invoices and bill inside the app. The proofing option wasn't as robust as I would've liked either.

It's the program I was looking for, and I don't use a team (yet), which is where it's spending most of its development time (understandably). If/when I am prepared to expand my business, ClickUp will still be the tool.
Vorteile
GANTT charts and dependencies, timelines and warnings, reminders of steps and re-usable templates episode by episode, online lesson production to next, ClickUp does what I need it to. Anything else is a stand-alone spreadsheet in comparison.
Nachteile
The initial interface for a new user is truly intimidating, and it doesn't have to be. ClickUp University does a fair job of leading folks through (but it was incomplete when I began using it). So prepare for a period of time for learning its functional power and versatility--and definitely engage the user communities on social media who are very helpful. Recommendations: Design an onboarding experience that shows a more rudimentary interface that increases in complexity as the user gets comfortable and engages new options; right now, it's the opposite: showing everything and having users slim down what they don't need.

Best project management tool I’ve used!
Click up is my favourite project and time management solution and offers much better functionality than other tools I have tried such as Wrike. I know what I’m doing every single day and how much time it has taken due to the complete suite of tools that click up provides.

Great product! Wish I was still using it!
I was tasked with finding a software that would give my department a place to store our workplans. We have multiple divisions within the department and needed something to be able to show our commissioner a snapshot of our projects for the year. Click-up was amazing! It was visual, had so much detail that could be included and so much functionality and editing capacity that it can be used for a whole range of data. The system is user friendly and I had to do minimal training with staff as it is very intuitive.
Vorteile
Click-up is easy to use, visually stimulating, well organized and can provide a great snapshot of company projects, timelines and status. The FAQs are great and so are the Youtube videos.
Nachteile
I liked everything about Click-Up. I did not have any cons when using this program.

Forewarned is forearmed
Purchase, customer service, updates, investment and intuiative usablity it gets top marks. Because the version inwas using didn't have much AI going on (2023-2024) if I left it too long then updating became too much of a chore. Which is certainly my issue not ClickUps.

I loved the detail and customiseability of the entire platform. I'd previously mapped out my core processes and it was intuitive to put them into projects and tasks and assign times etc. When everything was set up and out of my head ClickUp felt like it could manage everything and as I worked, I updated, so everything was visibly on track (or not) and nothing was forgotten. Thats a lot of peace of mind.
Nachteile
The heavier in detail I went, the more it needed updating and attention. I had a period a couple of months in where for whatever reason i stopped using it and cracked on with a busy period and when I came back to it, there was far too much time required to go through all the projects etc so it kind of fizzled out. If there is a team of you, and someone other than the owner becomes the champion of ClickUp I can see this being a game changer.

Best Visual And Audio conference's

It's been a great place to track personal and professional goals and projects - including recurring tasks.

I love being able to set up a project all at once and craft a timeline. Then only the next steps I need to do pop up in my to-do list every day. It's a great way to avoid the overwhelm of looking at all the to-dos at once.

Amazing versatility for task management
Better task management than Notion and more versatile than Asana, ClickUp sits right in the middle between typical task management tools and business platforms.
Vorteile
I really like ClickUp's versatility. It has a wide range of features and could potentially replace many other software solutions. For small and growing teams, it provides a great way to organize and visualize work. Lastly, ClickUp's AI is a great tool to help my team search for items.
Nachteile
ClickUp's automation setup process is not user-friendly and easy to get started with. It also lacks some seemingly basic features, like automatically creating subtasks in a task upon a trigger.

ClickUp: Efficient Flow of Assessment
Thanks to ClickUp, it completely changed the way we manage assessment workflow. I like the organizational interface and strong automation tools that have enhanced business and team organization processes. Coordinating many assessment projects at once has proved to be one of the major benefits of the software.

Calculated risk levels linked to an integrated assessment adaptable to user needs and including automated task dependencies and priority changes. Collaboration tools that enable several analysts to work on a single intricate assessment while also managing data cohesion.
Nachteile
The Gantt chart may have more integrated forms of graphical interface for timeline management for the assessment projects. Specific opportunities are available when it comes to developing assessment templates. There exists an opportunity for even more flexibility with respect to reporting as metrics in the reporting dashboard.

ClickUp really is the tool that replaces most + removes a lot of redundancies & wasted time!
I have been using ClickUp since its inception in 2017. At first, I was very hesitant when they launched 2.0 since I'd become deeply ingrained in their atmosphere and setting up accounts for my clients. But now we're at 3.0 and they recently introduced AI Brain and it really gets better as it ages! They are making amazing use of their Series C funding. The feature that has recently gotten me SO EXCITED is the launch of ClickUp Chat to replace Slack (I've been WAITING for this moment for what feels like years)... this is going to be such a fun iteration to play with + implement for my clients.
When I work with my consulting + operations management clients, it's the one and only tool that I recommend for streamlining operations and building holistic views of the business. Setup correctly, I can look at EVERYTHING inside of ClickUp-- which is where most project management tools fall short.
I love that I can organize things very cleanly in space/folder/list views. The whole business structure can be easily seen at a glance.
Whenever I need support, live chat is always there... I can also bring ideas that I have that I am not sure how to bring to light and they'll provide suggestions for me to try out and work with me as I implement if it's too much for the rep, they'll escalate my ticket and I receive a custom response from the engineering team on how I can set this up. Even after 7 years, I am still learning new things about ClickUp.
I love that I can have a pulse on EVERYTHING. I've easily been able to set up CRMs, Customer Support Centers, and Day-to-Day Operations, capture recurring + repeatable tasks, and increase efficiency + productivity.
I can embed spreadsheet views, easily respond + assign comments to team members, and create a dashboard that has ANY information for my clients (and for internal reporting). The fact that ClickUp is so customizable may seem overwhelming to the newbie, but you just get started with the core features that you need, and then geek out over the additions you can make as you grow your confidence with the tool.
I've been in the operations, consulting & project management space for the last decade, and no tool has come close to achieving what I can do with ClickUp.
Vorteile
The BEST thing about ClickUp is that it really is shaping up to be the tool that replaces ALL for day to day management. Since its inception, they have continued creating innovative features (vs. just OK) features to make it happen. I also LOVE how simple, clean and organized it is. It's the one tab where myself + the team spends most of the day in for communication, visibility, and management.
Nachteile
There really isn't anything... right now the only thing I don't LOVE about the tool is the workflow diagrams. But it's still a fairly new feature that will evolve. After using tools like Miro it has a long way to go. There was also a bit of a learning curve when first starting to use the diagrams, it wasn't as intuitive. The saving grace is that we can then convert the diagram into tasks (which is seriously a dream).
It would be nice if it were modeled a little more after Miro, and we had the ability to brand the colors vs. the preset colors which are very traditional RGB.

Almost great planning tool
I am overall happy about using ClickUp in my daily workflow. It is a tools that helps me with my daily tasks and organizes my work. Sometimes it can be a bit laggy, but except meetings it doesn't happen really often.
Vorteile
ClickUp can make your work more organized by allowing you to create various spaces in which you can divide your companies or departments to make your tasks be where they belong. You can use a few default views to sort your lists of tasks. It is perfect for managing projects, keeping your work documented and well planned. It is also great for collaboration.
Nachteile
My biggest issue with ClickUp is it has a lot of problems during meets. I am not able to comfortably present the project to the team, or scrum along with them.

ClickUp Is Probably The Best - But Like Any Tool, It Comes Down to How Well It’s Setup
I’ve used Teamwork before ClickUp and was hesitant at first. I really didn’t see anything wrong with Teamwork like the rest of my co-workers did, but once I got the hang of ClickUp, I was hooked. It was a much better and extendable system.

It’s ease-of-use, flexibility, and the fact that it is very customizable allowing any type of business to utilize the software efficiently.
Nachteile
Copy and pasting formatted documents out of ClickUp, going in to ClickUp needs work. Tables do not copy over nicely, or at all really. Spreadsheets could use some attention as well. Yes, they copy over, but they don’t format that well visually.
