Easy registration and deletion are very convenient. The automatic date and time recognition feature is especially useful. The mobile widget displays weekly, so I can view my schedule to some extent without opening the app, which is very convenient.

It's not a major cons, but sometimes it mistakenly recognizes Korean text as a date.

The free version has limited features. Calendar View is not available unless you upgrade. I didn't use the GTD and Pomodoro Technique capabilities as they didn't seem useful for what I was trying accomplish on a daily basis.

TickTick has an easy note feature that helps me quickly get down any thoughts or ideas that come to mind. I like this a lot because my process can be unconventional at times. We're often traveling and when we get to the site we sometimes still need additional research.
TickTick is collaborative so it's good for a team but you can also keep things private if you choose.
It's also good for people who like the GTD method (it's to help you work better if you hadn't heard of it).

Nachteile

No free trial for TickTick. I think almost everything I've ever used had some sort of free trial, rather it be 3 days or 30 days. Not offering one at all put a damper on my first impression of the app. I tried the free version though and it was so limited that there's not really much point in using it.
With the paid version it was sort of hard to find things sometimes and there's still a cap on how many tasks you can have. I'd like a better menu with more categories or icons. Maybe a tips or questions feature too.

TickTick is the best to-do app I've used so far. The UI is clean and easy to navigate. I find the Calendar View particularly helpful for planning my week and visualizing deadlines at a glance. I also really like the Eisenhower Matrix feature, which makes it easier to prioritize my tasks.

Everything is good, but the syncing experience across devices could be better.

The speed. TickTick offers all the features most will ever need without over complicating things to such a point that using your task manager is a job in itself. I can not stress just how good the due date function is, I have used and tested nearly all task/project management app over the years and TickTick is by far the best for speedy date setting and changing.

I am not keen on how TickTick manages notifications for assigned tasks. If you are a collaborator in a list you will be notified of ALL tasks in that list even of they are assigned to another member. However I know this is a feature that is due to be added.

It's very affordable while providing all the featured you'd want in a To-Do manager. You can make your lists, folders and recurring tasks as intricate as you want or as simple as you like.

Nachteile

I wish I could send folders or tasks to other users with TickTick. Two other people on my team use the app as well, so it would be ideal to collaborate quickly and see when they've completed the tasks.

The ability to connect all my calendars in one place. As I apply time-boxing, I really need to control what happens on my calendars. Recently, they added the Eisenhower matrix feature, which is worth exploring.

Having both desktop and app (+ extension) is also a strong point.

The app sometimes is buggy, especially with the desktop version which I am using the most. Events are not synced properly on the calendar view.

The Calendar feature that allows me to see all upcoming events (from my iCloud Calendar) and plan my tasks for the week around them. I can drag-and-drop tasks either to a day in the week so they will show up in the "Today" view or even plan exactly when I want to deal with them (e.g., 3pm).

Calendar sync via CalDav to my iCloud Calendar sometimes takes up to an hour to reflect changes I've done in the calendar, e.g. on my phone.
Secondly, I cannot edit my calendar items in TickTick and have the changes show up in my phone' calendar app. This kind of two-way sync would be a killer feature for me personally.

The app has never failed me although sometimes I feel a bit insecure about getting notified. In the end, I always get the right notifications. Also, when I accidentally complete or dismiss a notification on my Android phone it's difficult to seek and find the task in order to reset it back to "active".

I use this every day. My favorite feature Is the smart list. You can build a list based on criteria or conditions, which when you start going can create a very useful context-based list.

Support is not the best, they do get to you eventually. Also there has been a long standing request for sub folders, (right now limited to two level sub folder) and they have still not obliged thier audience. I've been waiting for that feature for about 2 years if not more.

TickTick matches how I think about tasks; I did not need to learn an approach in order to use nearly every feature immediately. Task management is a personal preference, so other tools may fit other folks better. For me, I have found nothing that fits as well as TickTick.

As yet, I have found nothing lacking. I found one small (really an annoyance) bug in the email-to-task process, which has been reported.

The free version offers almost all you need to deal with your OWN tasks.
The clean interface and intuitive use is a gem in this complicated world. It does help me manage all my work and personal tasks on a daily basis.
I love it and after trying many many other options I just stuck with TickTick for its beautiful falt design and simplicity of use as well as the clarity of all the reminder/tasks/priority.

The free version comes with one attachment possible per day which doesn't make any sense IMO.
It's also very difficult to work with a team if you keep the free version. Thus consider switching to the full version if you have to work with your work team.

TickTick has been a fantastic way of managing my tasks and to-do lists at work. It's easy to use on both the mobile and web app and syncs up instantly. Any time I think of something I need to remember or do later I can add it on the go. From there I can organize and sort my tasks and to-do items in custom columns.

It's also incredibly useful to be able to set dates and times, add tags or assign something to a specific person on your team or within your company. Reminders are very effective and easy to manage.

Nachteile

I think the design of the mobile app could be improved as it is not the most intuitive set-up and lay-out takes some initial navigation in order to familiarize yourself with it.

Simplicity and it's timer functionality is pretty great. It's big heart which gives free version for a long period of time and it's cost is very less. That's great.

There are several features I really like about the application. Unlike other Task Manager applications, TickTick has it all; things I needed, things I didnt know I needed, and things I dont need but at least I have the option. But I would say what I like most, is time tracking tasks and viewing the time spent on different types of tasks.

While I have setup the application UI the way I like it, without this the UI would have felt really dated. So overall, the UI could use some sort of redesign for users not willing to customize their UI. There are also opportunities for refinements here and there, but overall I have no complains.

One of the best things about TickTick is the versatility. You can keep it SUPER simple, or build out an entire system. You can manage your calendar, habits, tasks, notes, and lists- or just jot down quick to-do's. There are many ways to organize and view tasks, lots of customization options, and a flow that makes sense. There's also a built-in Pomodoro timer, which I love!

For the most part, I don't think anything is really missing! I'd like to see more appearance customization options within the web app... that's about it.

I use Ticktick on a daily basis to manage my personal and business tasks and love the basic simple usability of it with some powerful features included such as repeat tasks and attaching documents and making notes etc.

2 main issues with Ticktick that prevent it getting 5 stars from me is that it will quite often not put the tasks in order (I think this maybe a cache issue) and sometimes the reminders don't pull through on my phone.

What I like least is that it has some pending improvements. For example, the habits widget is not editable, only for consultation, but you have to enter the app to record the tracking. It's also a shame that they don't include a time tracker for each repetitive activity, with good reports at the end of the day, week, month, year. Their blog does not provide much information and they hardly publish anything new. Although the app is updated every 3-4 months, the improvements are minimal, development is slow.

This program is SO easy to use. I did not have to look up tutorials or "how-to" videos online in order to begin implementing it into my work day. In fact, it was so easy, I began using it for my work life AND my personal life, with great ease and efficiency. There are so many different ways to add, sort, and view your tasks. It's extremely user friendly, and intuitive, and that can't be said about a lot of programs I tried.

In all honesty, the only cons I have ever run into with TickTick were later discovered to be a user error on my part. This company has really thought it all through, and I love that. I guess one thing that I would like is for there to be an option on my watch to view ALL of my lists, and tasks, not just the ones that I've put a time limit on. However, other than that, I love everything about this app/program.

I first came across this software through some Youtubers I follow. After trying it for a few weeks I was hooked, just a very easy interface to work on and very clean/minimal design make it easy to find stuff and work around the software. For a while I wasn't using most of the features it offered, but after I decided to learn how to use the product at its full potential, things changed. I started to get very organized and could separate topics inside my projects so I could track than better.

TickTick also keeps on adding features, like the new Eisenhoward Matrix, which helps to see what's the most important things you NEED to get done first. But overall, what I really love about the software is the simple/minimalist interface design, just great to have and to keep a cluttered mind a more organized and peaceful place.

I really just wish they could implement a timeline visualization feature, it's the only things that's missing for me. Also, I have googled everywhere to see if there was a feature on how to change the font size on my mac laptop, but it doesn't exist, only if you change the system's settings, which I don't want to do. There should be a zoom/font size feature as well on preferences, that would make it much easier for me on the eyes and not having to change the whole system size, which looks too big.

This is the software which finally persuaded me to move away from carrying around physical, paper notebooks and start relying just on my phone and my computer as a to-do list. I like that TickTick is very powerful already in its free tier, I love that it's simple and polished, well designed and quick. It hasn't failed me once, unlike Wunderlist for example. It's great that I can find it on most of the platforms I use, as a standalone app, and not just a wrapped browser window - it shows skill and dedication by the developers which in turn makes me trust them more with my data.

Nachteile

The premium tier seems a bit too gamified for my taste. I don't need most of the premium features and I would like to remove all the nagging branding and icons. A better way, at least for me, would be to be able to have just a minimal free version and a separate premium one.

TickTick is simple – not only in the terms of design, but also features, which I consider to be amazing. The problem I have with a lot of task management tools is that for an individual (I don't use TickTick in my team) they just offer too much features, which can be annoying and distracting. Creating tasks in TickTick is fast, and the lists (the same as tags) are transparent – you just can't lose yourself in a ton of assignments. Reminders are also cool, as the sound isn't loud and there are a lot of options which allow customizing them (e.g. set a reminder 1 day ahead, 1h 15 min ahead etc.). Before I used to change the task management software about every 3-6 months. I stick with TickTick for at least 1,5 year and I'm extremely satisfied. The synch with mobile phone is also working well.

I miss the Kanban board feature for the Today/Tomorrow category.

I love the calendar view and how I can view my day at a glance. The iOS calendar widget is especially useful for this and is fully interactive and allows me to check off tasks easily. Everything is synced perfectly between desktop and mobile, including notifications and reminders.

The focus/pomodoro timer is excellent and allows you to track where you are spending your time. It's useful to see how much time is actually spent on a task vs what you predict.

I love how customisable the iOS app is. It's easy to add tasks via voice note or natural language text.

There are certain features you can turn on/off such as the Eisenhower matrix and a habit tracker. This is great as you can choose what features to use without clutter. I personally love the habit tracker.

Nachteile

I wish there was an option to push back/delay all scheduled tasks in one go rather than individually.

I really like TickTick because it has both application on computer and on smartphone. It is easy to check my daily schedule task directly from my smartphone especially when i am not on my computer. I love that the task can be color coded, so i can see instantly which task is on top priority for that day.

Nachteile

The task feature is limited and has no other means of tracking like time tracking or completion tracking. It is only for a simple task schedule that can notifying me the due date of the task based on the date that i have input earlier. It will be best if the can provide more complex feature to the task.
