Their communication skills are good and their organization is clearly made for professional software development needs. Especially MLM side is well built and seems to be easily enough configured for most needs. They work really hard to fix the errors and flaws found by the customer after the problem is described well enough. They are also professionals who always try to fulfill customer needs and address every issue found. Special thanks to project coordinator Mr Manulal and Team Lead Miss Anju and her team. > > **Nachteile**: The feature / requirement specification process in the beginning is not so accurate than it could be. Our company used way too small time to define the requirements and it was a clear mistake. The customer have to use a lot of time to specify every possible scenario as in the end it might be the only way to resolve issues without paying of extra work. They are eager to sell new features with extra price and in most cases it is ok if the feature is missing from the original specification. In the end the customer is responsible to understand throughout every possible feature and scenario like professional system test engineer. Carrying out the project with them is not recommended without own technical personnel. Many things like ordering the correct server, certificates etc. could be done in early phase of the project - a lot of working days were wasted with certificate and DNS issues. Most of the problems are rooted to misunderstandings. When we agreed about payment integration they said it is no problem and they can do it. When we started the integration they said it is extra work to build it up from scratch and the price included only a ready made component installation to the ecom. The OpenCart ecom solution works ok in most cases but the extensions support is poor, the extensions are low quality or they are not available at all (for example domestic payment solutions, shipping companies support etc). > > They are reliable Indian software company with good track record and they really do want to help you even with the tricky cases. They speak pretty good english until you make the first payment. Then you get transferred to the Tech team that can hardly speak english and it becomes difficult. Not many pros becuase they still could not figure out how to link our merchant account. There are only a few merchant account companies that allow a mlm structure and Infinite Solutions said that it would be no problem to integrate. They lied to me and I have lost out on Hundreds of recruits over the last 7 months becuase the system is still not completed. > > **Nachteile**: You can get through the build out with some effort but then when the software was delivered it was about 80% complete and not 100% like they said it was. A software needs to be 100% or it doesn't work. 80% does nothing for me so I am now 10 months total (7 months from the time I made the final payment) and still not a working software. I offered to pay more money to complete and they ignored that message and we have been going in circles for 7 months. They comunicate about every few days which at first seems like they are working but then they keep asking the same questions over and over and not fixing the issues. Then they transfer to someone else and the process starts over. If you are wanting an MLM software this is NOT the right one. We have a very basic deal and they couldn't do it. I realized that as an admin they didn't make it possible to update the username. This is a feature that 100% of mlm companies need as people make mistakes all the time. They said it would be an additional $600 to add this feature. Commissions show up in Members wallets that are not amounts that my compensation structure even has. I wanted to wait to write this review until I got a final product because now they will probably read this and not complete but I am at a point where I have lost all confidence that they will complete the project that was paid for. > > It's not worth it.
