I like how easy it is for user's to suggest their own edits when they've made a mistake clocking in or out, and the admin can easily approve or deny. The Ai help feature does a pretty good job pulling up articles to "how to's" when I need them, and it is faster than waiting on a call for a live agent to respond. > > **Nachteile**: My only issue, is that it is a deep program with many capabilities, and although it is very user friendly, they do not provide much guidance or live assistance when you purchase this product. You'll have one initial free meeting and then if you want help from a live ConnectTeam specialist, you have to pay for more sessions. My second least favorite thing is the 'schedule feature'. If you're in an organization like restaurant or retail, with many team members having changing schedules, shifts, and needing to trade shifts or get them covered, then this feature would be ideal for you. For a remote team of workers on a more typical 9-5 schedule, it is actually difficult to set up those repetitive regular shifts for all of your team members. > > Positive.
