As a customer of for the past 6+ years, I've had a mixed experience which compels me to share my thoughts, particularly about SEO PowerSuite billing practices.

**Automatic Recurring Payments:**
Firstly, the automatic opt-in for recurring payments was a major surprise. While I understand the convenience of auto-renewals, not having the option to choose this at sign-up felt misleading. It's a standard practice in many services to offer auto-renewal, but typically with clear options during the sign-up process.

**Lack of Communication:**
Another significant issue was the absence of reminder emails for expiring plans. In today's digital age, a simple notification about upcoming renewals is not just appreciated but expected. This lack of communication led to an automatic charge on my account without prior notice. 2Checkout is responsible for it, and although it was set to send emails, none was sent. I barely care who's fault is it.

**Refund Policy:**
Finally, the refusal to issue a refund was disappointing. Upon contacting customer service to address the unexpected charge, I was informed that refunds are not part of their policy under these circumstances. This rigid approach, especially in a situation where the lack of communication played a significant role, is not customer-friendly.

nothing really. just make sure you have enough ram to run the programs and other programs concurrently. it is somewhat a RAM hog, it works pretty good with 16gb of ram over the recommended specs. but then again it could be just me, im a speed freak and i want everything right now.

I love the interface, the clarity of the different components and the solid data structure behind SEO power Suite. We used a number of apps before and this was a game changer for us.

Nachteile

I can't think of anything, honestly. Like with every app, if I was to give an opinion on this it would be based on our lack of flexibility to adapt to this tool and the tool is not to blame for our internal processes!

I've been using it for almost a year as a chepear alternative to Sem Rush and ahrefs. There are features that are better than those tools and there are some that are almost as good but the value for many is much better. Especially with unlimited keywords and sites.

Nachteile

There are small improvements that could be done in the app for local SEO, but generally, it's good enough. I would add the ability to download keywords data i.e. number of searches in given town/city. It doesn't allow you to create a heat map on the maps but you can track any location, which is good already.

For as many clients as I have, SEO Powersuite is very cost-effective. Other software options get expensive fast as the number of projects increases. Also, when I run a new report, I know I'm getting the most recent data and not months-old info that might be saved in a database. Also, some crawlers, such as ahrefs, are pretty aggressive. I know more and more sites are thus blocking popular bots from crawling their sites. I know I do. If I ever have a crawling issue, SEO PowerSuite has options to crawl like other bots.

Nachteile

Sometimes, running reports can be slow, but it's not that bad with a fast internet connection and using proxies. I also wish there was a way to include the Keyword Difficulty in Research reports. I have to download a spreadsheet instead, which works, but I'd prefer the option of including it in the white-labeled report.

We were up and running in minutes. The software is really well organised and the support is 10/10. We didn't realise but the software is only part of it. The free tutorials, and webinars are a huge added value to this.

The only downside is we cannot save reports. You need the Enterprise version for this. I don't think it is much more expensive and I wish we had bought it. You can upgrade but I do not know the cost. It's not a deal breaker for us as we print them anyway.

The tool runs sluggishly and occasionally freezes during use. It requires a certain level of PC specifications. Additionally, it tends to accumulate cache, so caution is necessary.

I've concentrated most of my usage on the rank tracker because its critical for e that I get my keywords ranked in google for obvious reasons. The other tools will be used in much heavier measure as I move forward. But overall I'm satisfied I have a great product at the best price.
